Tolu is ok. Good size, anyway.

Jenkins is the revelation, though. He plays at NBA speed.

Tolu is like a discount duren. I don't think hes better than stew or b-ball Paul. He's perfect for the 2 way/emergency big spot.

Im not sure Cade and Ivey can coexist. That's a lot of turnovers, especially when you factor in Ausar. I believe we pay Duren and move Ivey. Chemistry is big and I don't want it disrupted

Cade usually looks terrible in preseason so nice to see he looks like he's picking up where he left off.

Ivey will take time to get back to speed.
Even last year he was gradually getting better, now he has a bunch of rust and a few different teammates. Patience is key.

I'm not cool with patience in the mist of losing games. His injury was a blessing because it force JB to showcase Ausar.

Ivey has to adjust his game. The problem I have is he highly turnover prone so you have Cade and him handling the ball and that's not good.

It was obvious this time last year. Trajan gets Schroder, who was was always needed. We lose him, but we're right back where we were.

Yep, like 50 First Dates. This is why I'm so disappointed with our offseason. We have more needs now than when it started. I'd have happily matched Sac's offer and kept Schroder. Would have been my first priority.

I loved what I saw last night. Pistons got down big, and were wholly unorganized, and discombobulated. Cade decided to play that whole second quarter, and correct that.

I'm gonna stick with my predictions, albeit with a lower win total.(made with Beasley in mind. If he comes back, its absolutely going to stay the same.)This team is going to have a great season. Crazy how deep the damn team is as well. Ivey showed flashes of why he is going to be the perfect compliment to Cade.(Speed VS grind) He has a ton of rust, but he'll get there, by around mid-December.

Robinson is going to fit seamlessly. He understood the assignment immediately. LeVert is also going to take some time, to integrate. Couple of the guys out there have to learn to always be looking for the pass from Cade, thats for sure.

Cade looks in mid-season form, already. I expect him to have a ridiculous season, right out of the gate.

That 2nd quarter was something I turned the game on and we were down big and then we pushed it to up double digits in no time.

Duncan Robinson fit looks great for sure he is able to do a bit more than what we got from Beasley.

Ron Holland and BBall Paul were both impressive to me.

Big Rin Holland fan here.

Have learnt to STFU though as preaching patience for so long didn't work.

Or did it? Idk and don't care.

He reminds me Jodie Meeks, hope it will not be Pistons' version of his thought.

When the games really matter and its close, it will be interesting to see if coach uses Ivey in tight situations starting out this season or if he'll use Duncan Robinson. Same will go for Duren and Stew in certain situations and matchups.

I hope JB doesn't simply default to the starters of Cade-Ivey-Ausar-Harris-Duren because there's for sure going to be instances where we are better served with other players out there depending on the situation.

i would feel so much better having robinson out there in crunch time. it's hard to say that because ivey has made clutch plays but i feel he's still too erratic with his decision-making compared to a reliable vet like duncan.

In my opinion, this will be Bick's toughest coaching season. He has to integrate four new players. Jaden Ivey, in particular, who's coming back from injury. My biggest concern is whether Ivy will accept a lesser role for the sake of the team. The only way I trust Jaden, Ivey in crunch time is as a spot-up shooter.
I laugh when some folks say we're just gonna to cake walk to 50 wins. I only see that happening if Ivey can accept a lesser role.

I want to see
1. Duncan
2. Lanier
3. LaVert
4. Klintman
5. Holland
6. Sasser

All get extended minutes

Playmaking when Cade is not on the floor is an issue that needs to be addressed. We might be looking for another Schroder at the deadline.
