Keep it simple...Conley for #5 + filler would be good for both sides IMHO.

You're quite right...since they made a dumb deal for Gasol they should therefore be penalized forever by having to make even dumber deals for any other players they trade.
It seems to work that way for the Knicks on this board ever since Isiah came here so why not?

Theres a huge difference between paying Gasol superstar money while drawing in sweet FA fans and losing and paying Miller a reasonable contract and Conley a rookie deal for the same result. Gasol is no franchise player, and while the Grizz surely could have received much more talent, ownership wanted to cut costs.
We've been through this so many times.

My for the millionth time, Pau Gasol was traded in the best FINANCIAL TRADE AVAILABLE. That deal had NOTHING to do with how much talent they could get.

As long as you're willing to use that same logic for the trade that brough Zach Randolph to the Knicks I have no problem with that statement.
