Husky fans are the worst, I'll agree with PNF on that. And Oregon fans are not all that bad, I've had friends go to games with me who were there for the other team and no one was rude to them. And at the Cal game, there were Duck and Cal fans tailgating together, so we really dont treat all fans with disrespect just Husky fans.

Well, as a UCLA fan, I can tell you Cal fans were absolutely classless to me. My guess is that all of this says more about rivalries than any thing else.

Although I maintain that USC has earned a reputation, not for being more classless than the other Pac 10 schools, but for being particularly arrogant. Stanford, the other private school, gets off the hook simply because they don't take their football seriously, hence their arrogance is about other things.

never been to a game in husky stadium but i heard some positive things about their fans from my roommate who went there earlier this year with group of 15. they ve met some husky fans day before the game at a bar and next day they showed around the town invited to their party etc. i am sure they are a$$holes to the other pac-10 teams though.

this worst fan stuff is nothing more than rivalries. with the possible exception of fresneck state fans, most fan bases are cordial except when facing a rival. also, most bad fan stories are due to drunk students. if you avoid the drunk students, you'll usually have no problems.

i will say that the most classless fan behavior i've seen (on tv) during a game was oregon's student section during a cal-oregon basketball game a few years ago. i wasn't around for the steve kerr plo chants.

You have no sense of humor. That was universally proclaimed hilarious, and the punishment (a game's suspension) fit the crime.
