Brandon Paul of Illinois, a sophomore 6'4'' G, looks pretty intriguing. He can flat score, and has good handles on top of that. He's someone to watch throughout the season. Just 19 yrs. old.

Good game between Texas & Illinois thus far.

Prospects who are standing out right now:

Jordan Hamilton: 15 pts (6-9 FG)
Triston Thompson: 8 pts (4-4 FG)
Brandon Paul: 12 pts - I didn't know about this guy at all, he's looking damn good. Someone has to ask Jonathan Givony about him.

Love Joseph not giving up on the play there. I hope we end up with a PG that will hustle back in transition like that.

Kyrie Irving please.

Very solid shooter for a freshman, awesome floor general with great handles. Can take a player off the dribble a lot. Good 3pt shooter. Floor vision is awesome. He is a CP3 clone...Coach K NEVER makes comparisons to players...but he has said Kyrie plays just like CP3...we need this kid. I've followed him since he was a sophomore in high school and he's gotten better and better and better each year. Junior to Senior year he BLEW UP.

Our PG play sucks...we don't need ANOTHER PF in Tristan Thompson...we need PG play.

which is why we are tanking for a top 3 pick. Kyrie is the prospect I want us to draft

Why make up your mind now? You've watched him play once? twice? zero times? He might not even be the best PG in this draft class.

I worry alot about which pick we'll get in the lottery, getting 1st or 2nd pick is a wishful thinking although it's possible. I hate to hear us getting 3rd or 4th pick coz if Barnes clearly #1 overall, then if teams like clippers or wolves picking b4 us they definitely would take a chance on Irving, wolves have pretty much everything they need in every position kahn might likely take irving as a plan b if Rubio wants to leave. Clippers have aminu at sf and blake and caveman, where will perry jones fit in? With Baron's time running out i think they would pick Irving too. I worried about these two teams the most. Sixers, Kings and Houston wut about them? Perry Jones might be a better fit for them if they have 2nd pick overall.

Can someone help me get full articles of chad ford on the espn's draft column under NBA section, the one entitled "Fresh Look" on both stock watch and thorpe's outlook.

I'm keeping an open mind? It's a long time until June. Shocking idea I know.

I only saw a little bit, but it looked like Tristan Thompson had another solid showing. I don't know how he'll translate to the NBA, though. I hope he stays another year and builds up some perimeter skills.
