you think he created imbalance in indy? were a similar situation moving forward imo..... if you like the giannis/Jabari to George/west with a pg knight/ hill that arent huge facilitators comparison?

and terrible person? why are you willing to keep giving larry a shot if that's an issue for you? larrys way more volatile and a bigger risk attitude wise.

If Philly wins the lottery I wonder what it'd take to pry Embiid from their cold, lifeless hands...Our first + Inglis? Depends on where we're picking of course.

 Every time I see Knight soar through and steal a rebound from a teammate I think of Stephenson.

Okafor goes before Embiid does.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Nothing short of Giannis/Jabari. He is all they really have to show for their embarrassing two years, and is probably the reason it will end up being worth it.

Noel is the guy they'd probably be willing to trade.

Larry didn't throw a girl down stairs. He handles a lot and isn't a real perimeter threat. He turns it over more than Knight too. Indy had a rubbish offense last season and now the Hornets do too. I don't want to emulate either team in that regard.

I'd offer a heap to get Noel.

I'm not sure Stephensons career trajectory is that much better than Mayos tbh. Hes a better defender/rebounder and Mayo is probably better shooter, but both are relatively inconsistent.
Sure Stephensons upside is enticing, but I havent seen anything recently thats convinced me he'll ever live up to it. Wouldn't want that negative influence around Giannis/Jabari and esppeciallly not Sanders.

He's the new JR Smith

Stephenson and Larry aren't even comparable in terms of their potential to be a cancer for the team they are on. The calculation isn't "unstable = potential cancer." It is their role on the team, the way they play, their personalities, etc. Larry is a loose cannon but also a good teammate. Stephenson has a Brandon Knight type mindset when he plays ball and combines it with being a major loser on top.

If the Sixers get the #1 pick I think he is attainable unless they are in love with Mudiay.

They will pair up Embiid with Towns/Okafor and Noel is the odd man out.

Trade Sanders for picks/young assets, then try and make a deal for Noel too? I could dig it.

Way more. It would take Jabari + 1st. Philly doesn't even need to trade Okafor, Embiid, or Noel. They can all play 30+ minutes per game.

It would take multiple firsts + asset for us to pry one of those guys, and it won't be Embiid who is the best prospect since Anthony Davis in my opinion.

Definitely agree regarding "unstable =/= cancer", but what does the stuff about Knight mean? Stephenson is an extremely willing passer. I like Knight, but even I would never say he looks to get teammates involved as often as Lance.

Stepehensen is a ball hog. I have no idea what games you've watched.

Unless he just dribbles the clock out and takes shot clock violations all the time, I'm not sure how that could possibly be the case. He only shoots it like 10 times a game and generally gives you upwards of 5 assists as the secondary or tertiary ball handler on the team.

Almost every time I've watched him he's been more of a distributor than a scorer.
