This is the least interest I've had in the Finals in a very long time (bubble excluded).

He is crucial for Suns just as Adebayo is for Heat because they set great screens (and that is main offense for both Suns and Heat) and are great for switching defense because they can defend multiple positions.

This playoff Ayton clearly had chemistry problem with coach and maybe thinking about next contract was behind it all (wanted more touches for better contract for example). But he is very very good player and very very important for what Suns do. If they lose him I predict they will fail to be top 4 at west next year.

He is not good 3 point shooter though so not good option for us. But teams that have 3p shooter at PF should kill for him.

I'll bet that if he was asked to take 3s, he'd take to it. He's got such great touch. I'm not sure if it's a good idea but I was definitely thinking about Khris for Ayton (it's not possible -- we can't take on a signed and traded player since we're in the tax). It is absolutely maddening how soft he can be, but the fact that he shoots 64% from the field without getting physical in the paint is nuts.

1. Golden State - why not, they already have won so it’s just another dynasty that keeps winning.
2. Dallas - hate Kidd, like but also dislike Luka, rest of team is fine.
3/4. Miami/Boston - hate both. Hate Butler and Herro. But hate Smart more.

I think that is exactly the odds I would go with. Mostly because Miami and Boston are going to beat the f*** out of each other while the other two will just rely on who is shooting better that day.

The 2001 Bucks roster would flourish in today's NBA.

I've been on a random Desus & Mero dive and came across this gem from several years ago.

Ridiculous comparison. Most players smoke, KD is nowhere near OJ and Larry. Again, horrible comparison.

Lowe reports an Ayton to Pacers sign and trade could be a thing.

I imagine Myles Turner would be heading out. Might Phoenix be interested in Brogdon too, or how do we think a deal would go down?

While they didn't go anywhere, the Phoenix Suns and Indiana Pacers had exploratory talks on a trade centered around Deandre Ayton prior to the trade deadline. Those conversations didn't get very far, because Phoenix didn't want to disrupt their team in-season. Often, however, those talks set the table for a deal that gets made in the offseason.

I'll be very curious to see how much Boston has left in the tank for the ECF. The end result of our series either way might've been to do Miami a huge favor in getting out of the East.

Go Celtics. I am sure I would be just as annoyed with all the flopping the Heat would have done if the Bucks just lost to them. It would annoy me if I had to listen all summer about how the Bucks screwed up not getting Tucker back. Also I am am sick about hearing "Heat culture"

This. Gonna be so pissed if/when Boston shoots like, 32% on open 3's because they're gassed from our series, then everyone goes on to credit Miami's jedi mind-trick defense for "clamping them up".

If the Heat win this series, they should probably send Giannis a thank you card.

I agree with you, I thought Miami would have a pretty big advantage over the Bucks or Celtics just because of how tough their series was. Think about it, Boston is in Miami right now getting ready to tip off game 1 in a few hours and game 7 vs the Bucks hadn't even tipped off 48 hours ago.

Meanwhile the Heat have been sitting at home resting for 5 days and their series with Philly from an physicality and intensity standpoint, wasn't much beyond what you would get in the regular season. Heat are at home and about rested as you can be at this point in the season.

With all that said, if Boston wins tonight, this series could be over pretty quick for the Heat. I feel like if Miami is going to win this series they almost have to win tonight with the rest advantage in their favor on top of being at home.

I was literally just saying this to someone earlier, watch the Celtics lose this series because they shoot 30% on open 3s now. Would be the most Bucks thing ever from our perspective.

I could totally picture it happening and not even necessarily because Boston is gassed, I could see it happening just because they randomly go cold. I could see Horford being left open and now it suddenly looks like he's heaving huge rocks at the rim...lol.

I highly doubt Boston will get the same amount of open 3s against Miami that they got against us, but I could deff picture Boston going ice cold on open 3s now that they're not playing the Bucks.

I will never forgive Miami that Lebron super team.
I will never forgive GS that Durant super team.
I hate Luka 100% now. Complaining, no defense, that smile=disgusting.

So yeah, go Boston I guess :/

Agenda alert---I'm very interested in watching the ECF. Can't stand Boston and want them out. PJ Tucker playing a big role helpful to embarrass our owners into paying the cash for a title team.
