No cause downloaded updated rosters is rosters made by random people. Those are mostly biased and inaccurate. So still get 2k21. But man the gameplay has been the exact same the past 4 years or so and the new shot meter they have sucks

Mighty funny how all of a sudden everybody on D. Rose dyck now. Two years ago the same GMs wanted nothing to do with him. Only Swiss and I valued him.

Even last season when Swiss and I cut the rare deal and he sent him to me, most of you dudes were critical of the trade and saying I should have kept George Hill and D. Rose didn't fit. Saying I wouldn't make the playoffs.

But yeah, now everyone want him. And dudes scared of seeing him next to LeBron.

For me the value is moreso in your team losing him as you wouldn't have the caspave to get a similar player in free agency given you only have $18 in capspace. Your right i would do anything to weaken an Eastern confernece contender, if I do get Rose with my 1 yr $100 offer he more then fits my team as a sixth man off the bench and is still a 3 star player, if you end up keeping him by offering him multiple years it means I still accomplished my goal in weakening your team as you wouldn't have enough money to then resign Harris and would have an added difficulty in making trades as you would be over the cap.

I more so meant the user created ones that mimic the new game, but I still plan on getting 2k21. I’m curious.

2k not updating the rosters anymore. The latest ratings from 2k are just based on the regular season. Only way we can get updated ratings is if you download it from a random fan who made it themselves which aren’t that good. That’s why I was suggesting to get 2k21 for accurate bubble ratings. I was only complaining about the gameplay.

Ahhh ratings aside, the AI is still garbage. I don't even see the need for updated "bubble" ratings, it's literally been a few games. The day people start downloading from random fans is when they just want to nerf guys It's why people shouldn't take the 2K sim too serious in this mini tournament we're doing. Even though it's one game, teams with better coaches are gonna be a little better. Teams with that home court advantage are gonna be better than teams that suck in real life. These small things start adding up a little bit when team petty comes out to play. Not to mention the systems teams run that are counter productive to the BAF rosters. The 2K sim is for fun, I hope no one gets too serious with it.

It’s not only ratings from the bubble but guys like Bam don’t have playmaking badges or good perimeter defense.. etc. They never updated stuff like that for players who broke out this season. Bubble ratings would help make the league more realistic too. I don’t mind if we use the current ratings though, it was just a suggestion to make the bubble tourney more accurate and better.
