Actually yes I have been blatantly discriminated against for jobs in the past because they were looking for “People of Color”. I guess White people are “People of Non-Color” lol, even though Whites have the most diversity in hair, eye, and skin shades.

There are a million programs for Black people these days but its never enough apparently. Affirmative Action and all that had a place at one point, but when is it going to end? Black People should be able to get into college way easier than Asians forever for example?

Btw Im of Italian descent. My great grandparents came here through Ellis island in the 20s. My great grandpa actually came from Italy alone as a boy with no money.

Italians were treated horrible for a while too. The largest mass lynching in America was actually against Italians in New Orleans in the late 1800s:
