I think this Floyd killing is the end of it for the police that are racist, they know they can't get away with it anymore in the day and age of cameras everywhere.

We need every officer to be with camera every minute of the day they are on duty, and if the camera is purposefully shut off it is a punishable criminal offense. Film available for review by independent authority who does spot checks and also checks every one that resulted in a complaint.

That should made this legal case much easier to prosecute.

Now pick up the other 3 officers.

They're already slacking... the other 3 officers should've been arrested yesterday.

But I want to know how or will the general public figure out a way to get to the police unions? That's the issue. Plain and simple.

I was exposed to who police were before I even turned 10 years old.. when I lived in Sunset Park a neighbor was driving a motorcycle and was being chased down the block by cops.. it was summer.. When the cops finally caught him a white irish/italian 20 something year old.. they beat the sh*T out of him in front of his house and when his mom came out to stop them they slapped her up.. my dad grabbed his revolver and was going to go over to do something until my mom physically stopped him. The family ended up suing and settling. But as a kid I learned you just don't **** with cops because they can and make no mistake they will get away with anything.

So what's the solution? Seems an impossible one.

It's more than the unions, though that is a major step.

Off the top of my head:
- Unions not allowed to endorse or contribute to DA's
- The office that prosecutes police has to be independent and separate from the office that works with police to prosecute crimes
- There must be a difference in how applicants are screened, so the sh*heads are weeded out in the beginning. More checkpoints to eliminate sh*theads once they reveal themselves.
- Eradication of qualified immunity
- Eradication of the laws the seal police records

That is the start. I don't know how much that fixes, but it goes some ways towards exposing the system.

I heard that Minnesota AG, Keith Ellison, is going to try the case himself.

Should also be a heavy criminal offence to falsify a police report and bear false witness on a police report (addresses protecting the thin blue line)

But I'm talking specifically about cops abusing their powers to commit crimes against citizens, particularly black citizens, who do no pose a threat to them. We have to enact laws which establish Special Prosecutors Offices specifically designed to investigate and charge/prosecute - with transparency - crimes committed by law enforcement. I also believe, as I've previously stated, that police unions are out of control and have to be better balanced with the goals of law enforcement.

Perhaps they do pose a threat....hence the mistreatment. We need to get to the TRUTH of that perceived threat before creating laws that may only be arbitrary enforced.

The police are just tools for the people controlling things and all the focus is on the police - exactly where they want it to be.

Well, yeah. Everything is broken and it all needs to be fixed. From criminal justice reform, to universal healthcare for all, to climate change which means economic change. It's not going to be done in one fell swoop. The universe will decide for us. Look what it just did! It's kind of amazing and it was needed. Obviously.

I'm proud of the real protesters but not these outside agents of chaos pushing the senseless violence and mayhem that black folks will ultimately take all the blame for:

Once again I gotta agree with Glendon Cameron here..

David McAtee, the owner of YaYa's BBQ in western Louisville, was shot and killed by law enforcement officers early Monday morning, an incident that's now under state and local police investigation.

McAtee was known as a "community pillar," said his mother, Odessa Riley.

"He left a great legend behind. He was a good person. Everybody around him would say that," she said. "My son didn't hurt nobody. He didn't do nothing to nobody."

Riley was among the hundreds who had swarmed the corner of 26th and Broadway on Monday where Louisville police and National Guard personnel were breaking up a "large crowd" that had gathered in the parking lot outside a Dino's Food Mart, according to law enforcement officials.

Again, we don't know who all of these white agent provocateurs are. Some may be undercover police looking to stir up trouble and so they can blame the black peaceful protestors. Others are alt-right agents working either with the police or alone for the same purpose. There are also white and some black anarchists who are using this opportunity to suit their agenda. There are black protesters who are simply expressing their anger as a result of witnessing and experiencing decades of police brutality practiced on their family, friends, and neighbors.

It's all of it, really.

Store owner who called 9-1-1 on Mr. Floyd regrets doing so and vows never to call the police again.

That’s true. But that was going to happen anyhow, right? Look, people who care see what’s going on. There’s all this video on the internet to prove it. There are so many reports out there showing who the peaceful protesters are. We have video for that too. Journalists are out reporting favorable on behalf of the peaceful protesters.

I think AG Keith Ellison will soon upgrade the charges to murder 1 on Chauvrin and arrest/charge the other 3 as accomplices. But he’ll need a little time to connect all of the medical data/evidence with all the other pieces like the videos and the witnesses statements. If he amends the complaint to M1, then I believe could ask for more bail or that bail get revoked.

Medical examiner just determined homicide because of being restrained.. he had a heart attack SMDH... now arrest the other 3 officers quickly. Let's hope the kids keep the protests peaceful but forceful.

It seems as if the military police state is practicing new techniques. This is a damn shame.. what happened to our country?? We've completely let the younger generations down and now look at the result.
