Nah, Hoffa is planning on jumping out the window early and throwing around big one year offers. With that strategy, he’s not gonna be able to save much money towards late December/January when Boogie will likely sign his next deal.
Hoffa has a poor free agency rating and will not be offering multi-year deals. So he will have to overpay for whom ever he signs. He won’t have as much money left as you think.
If GMs are smart, they will be frugal and spend wisely to preserve some cash to ensure they can outbid Hoffa on whichever star I may release late in the offseason, if/when Boogie signs IRL.
Hoffa wants everyone throwing out big offers early and going broke quickly so he can get all the late bargains. Everyone should do the exact opposite. Bid small and drag the process out as long as possible. See which players slip through the cracks as GMs have their money tied up in multiple bids. Or life has someone fall asleep at the wheel as time expires and a winning bid is announced. That’s how bargains are made.
That’s why I was laughing at dudes falling for his market manipulation profiles and adhering to his contract projections and parameters.
This free agency period is loaded and unprecedented. Patience will be rewarded.
Patience lol GMs didn't want to move the draft a couple weeks to be more in line with real life, free agency will be over in a couple of days

...and there you have it. He’s literally banking on you all handcuffing yourselves. As you read his profiles and take notes on what you should be bidding for each player.
of course but a majority of the players i have done profiles on are predicted to make less than 5% of cap.. if you are getting handcuffed offering 5% of cap than you have already badly mismanaged your cap and dont need me to help you
