Kemba/Pritchard/Waters
Smart/Korver/Romeo
Jaylen/Nesmith/Romeo
Tatum/Grant/Giles
Thompson/Theis/RW3

I can't get my head on 40something sf who do the same thing as our 14th pick at age 20. If this was a championship year, sure. We all know it's unlikely with tatum and JB still so young.

Actually would be smart to sign Korver to teach Nesmith as a big bonus.

Is that possible, salary-wise? Guess it depends on what they will take.

If the Celtics offseason closes with Gordo gone and we've added Nesmith, Pritchard, plus Thompson, Korver, and Giles, I will be more than happy. We get some solid playoff vets and young talent to compliment the core. That's a very good offseason.

I love when people say “God why didn’t we sign Ibaka instead?”

This is literally how the conversation could’ve gone.

Ainge: “Serge want to come play for Boston for these opportunities and we’ll pay you $19mil for two years?”

Serge: “Nope, I’m heading to Clippers/Brooklyn. Thanks for the call and offer though.”

Phone call over.

I keep forgetting all about him. Seems like Pritchard stole his job so I don't know what happens to Edwards.

Tristan basically takes the Kanter role, except he's better at it.

I'm pretty sure Korver could just stand still at half court and still have enough gravity to be borderline worth it.

I don't even want him, but the guy's just inhuman.

Mostly, I just think it’s good to have a few real veteran guys in the locker room.

I'm not sure I like a 2 year deal for TT, but we needed a backup C to replace Kanter.

We better bet getting better bench production though because the points that Kanter could produce off the bench with Wannamaker were the only ones we could get and now we have Smart starting.

I just don't know, probably not going to do better. But I'd rather have them take a shot on a young player. At 29 he's not Paul Millsap mind you I just... idk. Stop gaps are stop gaps.

Wish we just drafted Tillie in the draft instead. Or maybe paid some big money to sign him as an undrafted big to kind of you know actually have a backup plan for this reality.

Guaranteed contract and no shortage of roster spots.

Don't see him out unless it's part of a trade.
