All the showboating and cockiness from the Warriors is the lasting legacy of Mark Jackson. His douchebaggery rubbed off on Steph, Klay and Dray early in their careers.

I love this team man. Looney and Wiggins huge. Klay with a big offensive night obviously but his defense was just massive. Draymond finally looked like he gave a damn this series. And of course everybody's favorite mouth guard salesman closing things out in style

Nothing is guaranteed in this league, but I think Memphis is going to be an extremely successful team for the next half decade plus

Came away really impressed with them, especially Bane who finally started to look right towards the end.

Looney demoralized this Memphis team. Just countless second chance opportunities for GS down the stretch as a result of his presence on the glass.

I mean he hit some insane shots in the clutch to bury them what was he supposed to do pout?

Interesting how bad Klay’s net is in the playoffs. He has a rep for being clutch.

If he was just decent this series, the Warriors sweep. I don’t think he deserves all that much credit for playing like trash most of the time and getting a few token buckets at the end.

It seems as of people have this weird concept of both wanting players to entertain. While simultaneously acting humble. I love the arrogance, disrespect, and general anger that comes into the game.
On the other rhand this is all my personal opinion.

It says a lot that even in a game where Brooks was supposedly cooking, he scored 30 on just 51.9% TS. Dude is just an unbothered chucker lol. There's nothing I hate watching more than players who seemingly don't value offensive possessions at all and aren't considering passing as soon as they go into their motion. It's why I hated watching LeVert so much for my Cavs. Very similar player offensively.

He just got into a habit of driving left, stepping back, hesi hesi and driving again. It looks flashy but he's unable to get a step on anyone with this move. Seems to me like a lot of "skill work" in the off-season that has near 0 translation into actual games.

those 69 dribbles into throwing himself in the defender chest with no call is a textbook example to show kids about the danger of flashy over dribblinh without purpose

I actually don't think Curry has lost that much of a step from last year but he's just playing that much stupider.

You two were having a ball crapping on Curry. There was a lot more going on in that game worth talking about.

I have a personal belief that if the game is still going then every bucket counts. You don't suddenly stop playing with a lead you extend it. Or that is how I was thought playing basketball, you might have something different

i think it depends on the person, some like showmanship (or showboating) others see it differenrly

i guess as long as you dont go overboard it is fine either way

I get no joy from watching this. Been a Curry fan for a long time. He’s been my favorite player to watch over the last decade. But I’m also objective enough to see his faults. They’re getting more glaring as time goes on.

I understand that, but they build this idea of what a player is by how they act on the court. I don't know how to explain it but once you step on any field(football, basketball, soccer) you change. A new persona if you will.

if it came across as taking a crap on curry i hope you believe me it was not intentional

i was commenting because i was legitemely surprised how much he was struggling at times in ways i woulsnt expect off him, i even said in another comment thst i was probably overreacting to a few bad plays

I will say we need to see STEPH in the next round (maybe more knock on wood) if Warriors want to be real contender. Can't get away with how he's played the last couple
