if he takes 6-8mil/year ... i don't see how that would be a problem.

but that is after the current contract. if he comes back healthy this year and is available as a free agent, i would welcome him. but we have a chance to go all the way this year, and we don't need to gamble on a player with unpredictable productivity this year when we have a chance to win it all. we need certainties this year. no to trading for a player who is coming off a long layoff after a serious injury.

why a first round pick? shouldn't we be the ones to recieve a pick from you for relieving your massive contracts?
jordan+Odom+Butler+bledsoe for KG, PP, and a 1st round pick

Of course, all trade rumors should be taken with a hefty dose of skepticism, but this is one that at least makes a lot of sense.

Simply put, it would be ridiculous to consider those contracts in comparison to Jordan/Butler, thus, LAC sends the 1st.

I disagree. I'm not a fan of the KG rumors but at least that makes more sense in giving us the short-term benefit of added playoff experience and two years of service from a HOF player. Millsap, while a good player, does nothing for our perimeter defense and I would argue that Bledsoe is a more attractive asset as he not only has upside on a cheaper contract but is also a restricted free agent.
Personally, I think the reported trade interest is a leak from the front office to increase the level of pressure on other GM's to up the ante hence the talk of Bledsoe being featured since he has been attracting the most interest.
