Fiorentina have themselves to blame. Napoli have almost tried to giftwrap it to them with some sloppy mistakes and Fiorentina have been punished for not capitalizing.

So with the Immobile to Dortmund rumors coming pretty steadily since Volland announced he wouldn't be going anywhere this summer I'm wondering if you guys could tell me a little more about him. Does he have the workrate, pace and ability to combine on the run to fit their high flying style? Or is he Inzaghi'ing it up with pure-poaching?

Also is there any word from italian circles about Ljajic? I've seen a few german clubs have looked at him and he's a player I like a lot, and so would love to see come to germany, especially if Schalke snag him should they sell Draxler seeing as he seemed to be behind Gervinho and the explosion from Destro.

PPS and any thoughts on Obiang? Hoffenheim are said to be looking at him or Schwegler to join their midfield and they could certainly use a big skilled body deeper so their weak backline isn't as exposed next season.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!

Well Ljajic is a winger mostly so he's not behind destro, just Florenzi. He's a quality player and has really turned it on the past few weeks. Sometimes he looks like a world class player others like he couldn't be less interested. Overall he's too inconsistent and I think if a nice offer >20mil comes in then roma will take it. Of course this is assuming that we buy a winger this summer like Iturbe or Sanchez, then Ljajic will be expendable.

I dunno honestly it will come down to what Rudi wants, but I don't see ljajic as a core member of this team.

Immobile in my opinion is the perfect fit for Dortmund. Great movement/work rate, can score in every possible way.

I have read rumors throughout the season that Llajic will leave Roma, but those stories are probably speculation because he is expendable compared to their other attacking players. He is super talented but I don't think he'll ever really fulfill his potential.

Obiang is a great center mid...for me he is Sampdoria's best player besides Gabbiadini

Congrats to Juve!

Great season for Roma, but Juventus have simply been too strong this season. It'll be nice to see them returning to the CL, at the very least.

I remember a time when the Milan derby was highly anticipated. Totally slipped my mind today. :(

same.

I have yet to actually celebrate Juve's scudetto.
If they break the record, then that is something to celebrate. Winning this was completely expected, third in a row or not. They only faced competition from Roma, who were this competitive cause they did not have Europe to deal with.

Better luck next year, Juve and all you other mediocre Italian teams.

Hopefully Roma have another successful summer...at the moment they lack depth to finish top 2 in Italy while competing for CL.

That is pretty much all of Serie A. It is a pathetic league. The financial collapse seemed to take it's toll on Italy more than any other league.

With 22 goals in 40 appearances for Roma, the stats may be a tad bit generous in that regard. But he's a classy player, damn good finisher
