It's going to be Porter and we're going to be happy about it. It's fate.

It's out of our hands now.
We're no longer debaters but simply Wiz fans.
Lets pray.
At the eleventh hour, my negativism has sunk in with the remembrance they usually do what I don't want them to. But I know someone reads this board. Not that that means anything, but the consensus is usually right Most will be pleased with Porter. Many want Bennett. I've convinced myself that Bennett is a bad pick.
I do hope and pray the pick is not Bennett.

all I gotta say is EG, trust your franchise player wall. He understands this generation of basketball players alot more than you. when your franchise player is pushing you in a certain direction, don't second guess him.
Build your team w/5 shooters using P. Pierce Form deeply bent hips and lower back arch at same time b4 rising into shot. Elbow never pointing to the ground! Good teams have an engine player that shoot volume (2000 full season) at 50 percent.Large Hands

Note for the Turner/Porter comparisons... let us not forget that Turner had crazy bad turnover issues, and was not effective off the ball. There were flashing neon red flags for his transition to the NBA that I do not see with Porter.
He was also older, more polished, and had not just transitioned from Center to SF a mere 18 months before getting drafted.

Kobe Bryant wanted to trade Bynum for Jason Kidd
Had the FO listened he'd be retiring with 3 rings instead of 5.

or maybe he would have 7. Kobe is a one man show, Wall triples the value of players around him. Big difference.

Per Ken Berger, looks like the Wiz WON'T trade down. I hope the Len-Cle scenerio goes down, and HOPE Noel doesn't go #2. Perhaps EG will continue to be a moron and not draft Noel.
I guess Porter is a Wizard. Sigh

See - he's good assist man and can drive too, what more could you want?
Haha, I was an auto porter for my Dad's work on more than one occasion. Fun stuff.
Aw come on guys, read his name right -- he's Auto Parter... guy's a one-man wrecking yard!

Yeah, Turner's junior year turnover percentage was exactly double that of Porter's sophomore year.
From what I saw last year against us, Turner was prone to embarrassing bouts of random over dribbling with little idea on how to make things easy offensively.
Not a good comp.

LOL, a statement that perfectly describes EG. At this point, I'd rather draft Zeller than Porter.

Holy Toledo - What about a Wiz trade with Utah?
League sources say Utah has interest in including Kanter if it can move up.

Sacramento wants to move up for McLemore?
If McLemore makes it to three, how about:
McLemore + Nene/Okafor + 2014 first
for,
Cousins + Salmons + #7.
We definitely come out on the better end of that, but maybe they want a fresh start with some good eggs. Unless of course we fall flat on our faces and the 2014 pick is high, then we could end up getting fleeced in that deal.

Looks like there's an all around good chance of Dipo off the board by our pick.
