I only saw highlights of the games today but damn Wiggins looks like an unreal SG. His athleticism is off the charts insane.

Wiggins/Gianni/Henson/Sanders is a ridiculously long lineup with a ton of athleticism.

Parker.....I like him as a player plenty much but I'm going back and forth on how he would fit in our lineup with Giannis.......is Giannis going to eventually be a point power forward? If we draft Jabari can Gianni/Jabari handle the SF/PF spots in the lineup? Can Jabari guard NBA PF's? Can Giannis?

I didn't get to see Embiid, but I'm haven't gotten really sold on him. Certainly not over Parker or Wiggins. Those two guys are both gonna be stars.

The right answer, of course, is both of Embiid and Wiggins.

Absolutely not.

Just seems like it from what I've seen. Probably better court vision but is he a real PG?

He is more of a John Wall, Kyrie Irving type of PG than a Rondo or Rubio type of PG.

I'm leaning towards Wiggins. Exum if we draft 4.

They don't play anything alike. Coming into the NBA Knight's bread and butter was his jumper. Wasn't really a guy who got into the lane averaging a mere 4.8 FTA per 40 pace adjusted at Kentucky. Conversely, Marcus Smart is more of a bull as a player, really relying on his size and physicality to gain advantages. Smart's jump shot is actually a weakness rather than a strength. Where he excels is his ability to get into the lane and wreak havoc, averaging 9.3 FTA per 40 pace adjusted this season.

The two aren't comparable at all.

Wiggins and Giannis I'm not worried about but yes, Henson and Sanders will have problems with that unless Henson can start knocking down 15 footers. That's why I'm not bent on trading Ersan. I think he's not as valuable on the market as we think he is. He's not on a terrible contract and he's only 26.

For me, I would want a PG that can lead and looks to make the other guys better. He would be a PG that doesn't look to shoot first, but if everything breaks down he can score. He would be good at getting to the rim and be able to make an open three.

That is probably more Chris Paul than Irving or Wall.

For me, it goes back to what I said earlier. I think it is easier to find good to great 6'8 guys than to find good to great 7 footers.

If we win the lottery and get the #1 and Phili gets the 3rd, and offers us the #3 and NO's 1st..say the 10th.. Would you do it.

Embiid for Parker & Hood or similar.

Intersting. I haven't watched much but he just sounds like he's out of position, like Knight. What's your opinion of him vs Exum?

Don't think I'd do Embiid for Parker + 10. I see Embiid becoming the league's best C in a couple years. Combined with Giannis and ideally, a true PG as our 3 max-ish players, I think we'd have an amazing and unique core to build around.

Would have to give some serious thought over it. Very intriguing.
