Frank still can't even legally buy alcohol..... and won't for another 9 months. Let the kid grow up first.

I just like Frank better cause he's on the Knicks

I don’t like 1 dimensional Low efficient guys who don’t play defense. So what Dennis can score. So can Kanter. Kanter shoots high percentages and you can’t even have him on the floor. It’s no shocker. I didn’t see Dennis make a guy better once. He hit a few shots to start and some garbage buckets.

Frank is also very low in terms of effiency but the team’s overall play is better with him on the floor. I judge players a different way. Impact! There’s more to ball than just having skills. Why you think guys like Beasley cant see the floor. y’all be so pissed at Timmy but like Dennis Smith Jr. it’s hilarious to me.

I’ve watched all of the games. You?

Every single one.

Different opinions then. Now, is he better than last year? Lately, yes.

That’s really not saying much to me though because he was THAT bad coming from last year.

I hope he improves though.

the lakers aren't any good. lebron on his own might not be able to drag a team to the playoffs in the west even. there's too many good teams out there.

Just be prepared when he starts Mudiay. If Mudiay plays like he did last night Fiz is definitely going to have some hard choices to make. Frank has got to knock down open shots to keep the starting job. Mudiay is bad at so many things but I’m afraid Fiz favors him because he plays with the pace he wants. Frank so far has slowed down the team considerably, not necessarily a bad thing it’s just a fact.

With Frank on the court, our pace is 101.92, which is coincidentally the exact same as our pace when Mudiay was on the court last night, and basically the same pace when Mudiay was on court for us last year too

With Frank off the court, our pace is 102.44

Y'all really need to look this sh*t up before you post it

We started the year top 5 in pace. Now we are at 19, based on what Fiz said he wants to play at a high pace. You can see from just watching the game, the team has slowed way down since the start of the year. Secondly Mudiay played all of 16 minutes with the second unit. Those numbers are insignificant to base anything off of. Does the team play slower with Frank on the court, yes or no? Even accounting for playing the Pacers one game the answer is yes. How about using common sense before jumping in for a rebuttal.

I mean, I don't know how you're arguing with actual numbers

Frank doesn't slow us down when he's on the court vs off the court, you just think he is, so you ignore the facts that prove you wrong

And I added in the part about Mudiay's pace with us last year cause I knew you'd say last night was too small a sample size, but you also ignored that too

The reason we were so high up in pace to start is cause the Hawks game was a 113 pace game, which artificially brought up our pace at the beginning of the year, but take out that game, and the last 4 games we've only been a couple possessions lower in pace than the 4 with Burke starting

Remember how Frustrating it was to watch D Rose roll out the red carpet for opposing point guards to drive to the hoop then held the ball and never passed to open man? Imagine that’s what Dennis is but on way lower efficiency. Not a good player. There isn’t a stat or eye test to prove he’s a good player.

he's 33. he doesn't even have the energy to be a two way player anymore. they have no shooting. the defense is kinda bad. magic johnson is probably not that great of a gm. i expect trades at some point.

I’m sorry, I didn’t know Timmy was 20 in his 2nd year in the league.

My bad.

You want patience with Frank but fuq Dennis.

I’ve been very clear. BOTH players need time. They are BOTH young and BOTH bring something of value to a team. I even said I would love them together.

Only Knick fans would prop up one while shiting on the other while getting in their feels if the one the prop up gets called out for his very own weaknesses.

He’ll be 34 in December.

Don't give me that he's 33 crap.

Last year the media was jerking each other off about any little thing he did. They overhype him to be better than Jordan, Kobe, all the greats.

I know he's been on the decline for a couple of seasons now. A lot of the casuals think he's king **** still.

dennis and frank are very different players, they both could have good careers. obviously the animosity is because of the draft and there's this much talk about it because the favorite pastime of most realgm posters is telling other realgm posters "i told you so". i'm above this kinda thing myself. my favorite realgm pastime is making fun of the slow witted and elderly.

LeBron's the only one from that draft class who's game has translated well in this era.

Wade probably could've thrive in this era as well if he still had knees.

I'm glad we're moving on though from that whole draft era.
