His problem on d is latteral quickness
The guy is lights out from 3. A good defensive team like us should be able to hide him.
I feel like Thomas will settle into his groove a quarter of the way into the season. He doesn’t look like he doesn’t belong out there and his shot is money so I think he just needs to adjust to the speed of the game.

Fvv was the defacto starter last season when kawhi was out... I agree with you that fvv and Kyle shouldn't be staring together but like I said I'm not surprised at ňurses decision making. Tonight ape ifically he played a really tight rotation which was pretty much the locked in guys, add then began experimenting with pieces next to those guys. I already said who I feel my rotation is I just don't think nrrse feels the same.
But stanley provides barely anything out there. He's og without a 3 pointer which is pretty useless on this team.
It's like his brain is moving twice as fast as his body. He's panacing out there. Unless he's showing something completely different in practice, I can't see floor time for him outside of garbage time. Maybe his value, for now, is in his strong defense during practice; making the starters work.

Reminds me of all the times we'd be stuck with average to sub-par draft picks while the Spurs were picking diamonds.

If you see open Gym what really struck me was what MU said about Hernandez "If you got a young kid who is 6'10", loves to play baseball and has a little skill you take a chance on him."
See just like the Spurs, MU values a players heart and head as much as their "natural" ability, and has the people instincts to usually predict such a thing. This is a huge advantage because a persons personality is the key to growth and development. Another coach mentioned that it is all most a running joke, how ambitious the players all are. This is not by coincidence. You look for the smallest of edges and MU has found that small edge in targeting older 21-22 players with great ambition that love basketball. These players are very much under valued by other front offices that are obsessed with super athletic freshman that usually have massive egos.

Nurse’s post game scrum was pretty telling. Basically said the 7-man rotation plus Terence who played well but too many turnovers so he said he’s likely more of a 2. Then he said to round out the rotation he might put Chris out there as another big. He basically implied that Stanley and Thomas seem like specialists that may or may not play depending on needs. Stanley was good on defence but Thomas was good in offence and then he made a queezy face lol

Awesome game. We're very vulnerable to a Lowry injury this year, but if he stays healthy, we're probably winning 50+. The entire rotation can shoot and play D again. I love it.
I'm not convinced that the Nets are going to be very good this year. It's going to take some time to adjust to Kyrie's style and they only made the playoffs last year because DLo played 81 games. If Kyrie does his usual 67, they're screwed.

So full team light sensitivity is an excuse now?
Well, all of our starters had a loose eyelash in there eye the first half so we couldn’t find the basket. Also, Kyrie had tinnitus due to the rotation of the flat earth...

Was flipping around and saw NBA Game Time on NBA TV...
Raptors vs. Nets were the last highlights package shown... Going into the commercial break the headline
was "Kyrie leading the Nets" or something like that.
Starts off with shot of Durant looking completely bored from the sidelines then a bunch of Kyrie highlights
and I think one Raptor highlight of a 3 then another highlight of KD looking bored talking to somebody on
the sidelines.
Glad to see nothing has changed also glad I don't care about any of this stuff anymore. I know Americans won't
change their biased and prejudice mentality and the league likes to market stars over teams. You can't stop
stupid ignorant people no matter how hard you try to educate them.
The championship gave me inner peace and I will barely read or watch any "expert or analyst talk" anymore
NBA TV Gametime is the only one I'll watch because I want to see highlights. Other then that I'll be freeing up
a bunch of free time going forward. I haven't read or watched any experts opinions on the NBA so far this year
other then stumbling upon Dennis Scott not picking us to make the playoffs and Sam Mitchell picking us 8th
with teams like Chicago and Atlanta ahead of us lol on NBA TV while flipping around.

same thing he did in Boston, poor job at getting everyone involved and poor team play - trade mark of all Kyrie led teams. still one of the best individual talents in the league but he obviously needs another superstar for him to play like that.
