Good game last night, box score to me shows PLAYING FASTER will help us a lot.

Spurs FG attempts: 77 total - 13-30 on three point attempts
Magic FG attempts: 88 total - 10-30 on three point attempts

We’ve got to be faster and get more shots up and in to make up for the lack of 3 point shooting

It wasn't really a fast paced game at all though. Only 95.9 possessions. For context, Kings/Pelicans last night had 110.0 possessions.

The Magic got way more shots up than San Antonio because they dominated 13-4 on the offensive glass.

True getting more shots attempts up isn’t only because of pace of game but also controlling the glass. Our pace of game is still an issue and suggests massive room for improvement IF they can get into the offense faster and take care of the ball cutting down on turnovers. And there again goes the need for a point guard debate that’s not really a debate at all.

A much needed hard fought win. Great to see Franz and AB playing great, Franz finding ways to score inside against Wemby was very impressive, AB played excellent D and looked much more confident on offense than usual. AB and Isaac being able to hit the open looks from 3 the opposing defences give them makes a big difference, hopefully we'll see it happening more often from here on.
