Is it normal to literally feel a blood rush into a face vein when you read something too stupid that makes you angry?

My suggestion to you, although likely not a good one given your stature on this board as a moderator, is to find a way to get read-only status on the GB. You will be less inclined to check that forum out and likely save yourself from many of those blood rushes. The GB is like crack. You always want to go back. Unless you are blocked off from it.

Yeah I deleted like 3 posts today after nearly calling someone stupid. The GB is fun to comment on while watching playoff games though so asking fora ban is pointless.

I frankly forget the GB is there most of the time. I hardly read it and almost never post there.
Like today, not much going on here, but someone posted something about another team, and I was like; "Oh yeah, the GB. I should check that out for a goof." It's always been that way for me.

The people there try too hard.

Blacklist is a surprisingly good show. Just wanted to throw that out there for the people who have too much free time on their hands, like myself.

I had a conversation with a nutritionalist and body builder the other day. He said any professional sport is taxing on the human body. You wont live a long life if you maintain a high amount of exercise for a long period of time. When you exercise your body, you should know when it is enough and to not over do it. Professional athletes tend to push their bodies beyond the limit and it will effect them later.
