He will lose the extra weight when he actually plays multiple games at game speed while keeping the muscle gains. It might take a month or two but it will be good for his long term development. Our training staff knows what they are doing

40 extra lbs was way too much. not sure what his trainer was thinking

he was 260 last year. he'll probably be 270 when it's all said and done. you can't put 40 pounds of muscle on in 1 summer with steroids even.

whatever he did it doesn’t look like it was smart. he looks like he lost the majority of his foot speed
