no wonder why the event sucks, nobody wants to watch these guys, chalmers, morrow, jones, and johnson...

There's no reason to have 2 Heat players in an Orlando All-Star Weekend! JJ and Ryno made MUCH MORE SENSE!!! this really has me pissed off! the Heat get everything including minor things like 3pt shootout even though they don't deserve it......... we ARE KNOWN FOR 3 POINTERS!!! and we don't have 2 guys in there! IN OUR OWN BUILDING!!

Seriously.

I don't get that at all, unless JJ and JRich flat out refused, there is no reason for that.

Like anybody even wants to see Mario Freakin Chalmers.

I think as far as 3s and stats are concerned, Hedo is 2nd on the Magic, though J-Rich might have moved up to #2 with the game against the Bucks. Someone must have refused, I can't believe they're putting 2 Miami guys on there and only 1 Magician.

+1. With all the great shooters in the league no team deserves 2 shooters.

Not soon enough. I've been wanting JR here since forever. So happy to hear that one of my wishes has some legs to it.

I understand what you are saying but chalmers does have more makes than JJ from 3pt line

I get that, I wasn't really going off of terms of skill, though.

I was thinking because we have 2 Heat players, but the hometown team only has 1. If any team has 2, it should be us.

I like this team

i'm not a JR Smith fan, and if he joins the team i think people will be wishing for the days when we had guys like JJ and even JRich who could shoot within the system, BUT... if it means we're making changes, then i'm happy. i just hope the big picture is worth it.

i'm assuming one of JRich or JJ are on the move, most likely JJ.

guys on my wishlist - Nash, Monta, Deron.

I don't think JJ would be traded. Are the Lakers gonna trade Kobe if they sign JR? No.

Besides, JJ's contract can be voided so he's more valuable to us than he is to anyone else.

I said this from the start when JRich first signed his deal.... It's all about using him as trade bait to dump a bad contract. ...Unlikely to be Hedo, but I could see Jameer or Duhon being packaged with him. JRich is heating up his stock up at the right time.

Now if we can pawn off Ryno with Hedo, then that's where Otis can revive his image.

If we signed JR Smith, u definitely trade JRich. Start JR and keep bringing JJ off the bench. Unless we are playing top scoring SF like Bron or Melo, Wafer should be getting the back up SF mins.

Yeah, I'd definitely rather have JJ.

But, the only thing is........I doubt any team is going to want JRich, unless we trade with a team that is already contending.

you know what though, if Dwight leaves, JJ no longer matters. He's not that young and will look to go to a contender anyways after next year if Dwight is not here. You trade whoever it takes to keep Dwight if possible.

Exactly. JRich is only going to bring back another veteran on a bad contract. Young teams won't want him, teams clearin space wont want him. JJ, on the other hand, at least has the option to cancel his contract after this season. He's essentially a no risk addition.

Id much rather keep JJ, but it all comes down to what other teams want, and I don't think they'll want JRich.
