Derozan and Lowry need to be traded. Gay needs to be kept for tanking and then salary dumped end of the season.

This whole evaluation period/raising value thing is such bunkum.

Take the value of the team at the beginning of the year, call it value X.

Take whatever we gain in trade value between the start and whenever we decide to blow it up. Call that value Y.

Then on the day of the lottery, try and trade Y for the difference in lottery balls all meaningless wins cost us while evaluating/ raising value. Will anyone in the league give us enough to move up from say 8th to 3rd for Y? Or even to 5th?

Of course not. X's greatest value is our lottery pick, and we're pissing it away because of a Y that wouldn't help move the needle a notch. Just dumb.

Bulls would be thin at the 4 with just Gibson who sometimes is good and sometimes invisible.

Derozan and Jimmy Butler play too alike. Maybe if a 3 way deal happens and Deng is moved somewhere else like Cleveland?

Meh, from X to Y I'm sure ML$E made money. We as fans are lucky the team lost so many close games thus far and hopefully the team can truly focus on righting the ship by setting the Raptors up in a position to draft high.

I don't understand this attitude, if anything Gay is helping the tank. If he wasn't on this team it's more then likely the Raps would have a better record then they do now.
