Will he grow another head to play next season? I wish he would stick around no matter the position.

SWedd's theory is pretty bang on, and is in line with what MWP later tweeted too

It's like he doesn't know cameras exist and replay exists. We can see you Ron. We can see what you're doing and just because you pound your chest doesn't make your actions not pre-meditated and malicious with intent to hurt someone else. We're not stupid, and you really can't fool millions of people watching a replay.

It's like he's 5 years old in his thought process. It's uncanny...

This is exactly what didn't happen, funnily enough.

Should have been the length of Harden's absence plus 20 games. That would put an end to this ****.

Really? You honestly think it would put an end to "this ****" (whatever that means)? It was a mistake, not a malicious move. This isn't the kind of thing you should be going after.

Anyone who says the elbow was a mistake is kidding themselves. That was straight up dirty and should not be tolerated.

Sure, I'm just kidding with myself. Boy do I love kidding myself!

Anyone who honestly believes it was intentional is making a very serious accusation about MWP, and probably shouldn't feel safe going to any games he's at. They should stop being basketball fans entirely, really.

It was intentional as hell and you know it. If you "don't mean" to elbow somebody you turn around to check on them at least. He UFC whacked him and didn't even turn around or show any remorse and then put his dukes up to Ibaka. Ibaka should have knocked the hell out of that ***** and put an end to him once and for all!

Yes, Ibaka should have murdered him. That makes sense.

The more I look at it, I don't think his intent was to take off Harden's head but he did throw a purposeful elbow. Had a guy like Ibaka been standing there instead, MWP would have likely hit him in the arm, probably would have received a technical, and we wouldn't be talking about this today.

Having said that, his action is still inexcusable. He did something wrong and was also really unfortunate. It's like drinking and driving. You know you're not supposed to do it and your intent is not to harm anyone, and a lot of times nothing happens and it goes unnoticed, but you're still putting other people in danger and even if it's dumb luck that you happen hit someone, **** will go down.

Anyway, I agree, five games seems fair but seven is not totally unreasonable. Never really expected a lengthy suspension considering how easy guys like Bynum, Love, and Bell got off.

Is it really that much of a stretch to make such an "accusation"? (Even if it was obvious it was intentional.) The guy has been suspended several times over the course of his career for over 100 games, including a suspension for elbowing Ginobili in the head a few years ago. This is the same guy who attacked people in the stands, why is it such a stretch to call this guy out as the menace that he is? Frankly, it's obvious he intended to hit Harden. I don't think he meant to hit his head, but there was ill-intent regardless.

Patty Mills with his 3rd start for San Antonio got 34 pts from 14/25 shooting, 12 assists, 5 rebounds, a steal, a block with 4 turnovers.

I know it was just a garbage game against GSW, but he could be a solid backup guard for us.

With our Aussie fans, it would be nice to get an Aussie player :)

Then we sign Mike Budenholzer as our head coach, draft the Brow and I will be happy.
