Eating healthy is awesome. You don't have to drink gross smoothies just buy fresher foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. the problem is its like way more **** expensive. I wish I could get all my food from whole foods and the farmers market but it's just too much.

Yeah, this diet requires smoothies. I should have just made a salad out of all that, it would have ROCKED.

EAT DARN IT! No lie, I learned in my bio ethics class that you should always take time out of your day to eat a meal. It falls under one of the morals of responsibilities.

But you're so right about taking time out to eat a meal. I always eat tiny snacks throughout the day and then dinner.

Its better for your metabolism to eat multiple small meals than eating three big ones.
