Yes, winning cures all ails, but going into a new building you would like to have butts in seats.

And when they have a winner they can market the team as such.

Until that happens you market the team other ways.

I don't get this thinking, the process this time was perfect. They have screwed up in the past and we're rightly criticized for it. But their process this time is exactly how it should have been. Seems weird to not praise them for it if we criticize the bad times.
