Any clips of his reverse lay-up in the preseason game?

Even if the deep jumper never returns, he's got enough offensive juice to be deadly. The 18 footer is key.

There are certain guys you see every once in a while that just look different than everyone else on the floor. Fultz just looks like he’s on another level the way he moves. It’s a thing of beauty even though you can see the skill gap.

Man do I hope this kid can stay healthy so he can develop to his full potential.

The list of players in Magic history that can get a steal, go behind the back dribble in transition, absorb/fight off contact and throw down the hammer is really short.

I have been impressed with his decision making. Basically what coach cliff said was accurate.

My two cents after seeing him in a full game:

Liking what I'm seeing. If we'd drafted a rookie PG who was doing the same we'd all be super impressed.

The 3 ball isn't there yet (and the form is definitely different from long range - he looks way more comfortable in the mid range) but he's already miles better than Jonathon Simmons. As long as the TOS doesn't flare up again we've already won the trade, IMO.

His vision, pace and driving ability are all very valuable to this team and I hope he can keep improving and stay healthy.

On a personal level, it must feel so good for him to be back on a court and contributing after facing so much sh*t from idiot fans in Philly.

was it ever really TOS (this is a rhetorical question). Yes here is a prime example of the sh*t Fultz endured in philly!

You want it to be one way....but it's the other way. (Marlo)

I think there should be a new rule here where anyone who says or insinuates that Fultz doesn't have TOS gets banned for a bit. A doctor diagnosed it. Many other doctors have confirmed his issues would've been from TOS. People with TOS have also said they have similar symptoms. The anti-TOSers are becoming the next flat-earthers.

Likely said many times here or in the Pistons game thread, but I’m excited and want to mention it too.

Fultz’s ability to explode and dunk is AMAZING athleticism. When you think he’s going to have a challenging layup he simply explodes into that power one hand jam. It’s shocking really.

I have seen a few plays where Fultz easily drives past the first defender but gets passive as he approaches the rim for contact.

I 100% understand why this is the case.

But when the day comes that he finishes these attacks with regularity and confidence ...

When faced with the choice of a doctor's diagnosis or the online speculation of sports fans, I'll take the doctor's diagnosis.

This isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the seemingly relentless, salty agenda of a minority of idiot Philly fans who want him to fail, predominantly on social media and message boards like this.

No doctor was ever linked to the diagnosis. No doctor ever came out and said "Yes he has TOS". His agent did but not one medical doctor said "Yes it is definitely TOS." True fact, not online speculation.

There is always going to be a minority of people who are salty/against a thing. No matter what happens in any field of endeavor. Vaccines are good for everyone. Nope not for my kids. Save a little for the future and you will be prepared for retirement. Nope I ain't gonna live that long. Seat belts save lives. Yeah but what about my right to do what I want to do? Condoms help keep you safe. Yeah I know but I need that real feeling.

Of course there hasn't - why would a doctor do that? I'm not from the US but here patient-doctor confidentiality is kind of a big deal. In any event the diagnosis has been widely reported and, unless you're accusing his agent of fraud, I'm not really sure why you're still questioning it.

My point is that the fans in question seem to be saltier/more personally invested in Fultz's failure than your average joe. Also, you're getting into some pretty weird territory with those examples (and I don't think they make the point you think they do) so I'll refrain from commenting on those .

Edit: He needs to not care about the 3pt shot this season.

He can’t forget it all together but he needs to brush off poor shooting and keep working.

EDIT!
Better yet, why doesnt everyone just stfu about TOS? The BS WebMD diagnoses a circle jerk discussions are really getting annoying. Just create a TOS thread so non MDs can go in there and pretend they know what they're talking about among themselves so the people that are just enjoying him playing well dont have to sift through it every day.

Oh no not that BS again. If you have to ask why a doctor, especially in the US, would do that, then.....you know what I'm out !!!

Cut the TOS chatter unless something is actually reported or he has to sit out. The fact is he is now playing again.

Seeing him play these two games gives me a lot of hope for this season. We haven’t had that type of athleticism at PG in a long time.
