It wasn't a damn foul. Refs let much worse happen all night.

The ref had not choice but to call a foul there though. He was going to let them play it tight but that little shove on the hip knocked Fox off balance and he couldn't prevent going over.

GARBAGE! He could just call the backcourt. HE DIDNT CALL THE FOUL AT THE TIME BECAUSE IT WASNT A FOUL! You are literally endorsing a ref making one wrong call to fix another. what a world we live in.

He pushed him clearly knocked fox over and made him unsteady. They let it go to see if would be able to keep his balance but it clearly shifted him.

Just a bad play from Suggs there

Late ass call and barely touched him. NBA is soft as **** and they should have just let him pass the ball instead of calling that **** 10 seconds later.

He was going to let them play but Fox was knocked off balance and stepped over. That's why he called it late.

He let Fox travel during that sequence too. Suggs with his hand on Fox, Fox somehow gets off balance, Fox travels, Fox goes into the backcourt.

It was definitely supposed to be a play on - especially with these new rules.

It was absolutely ridiculous casue the ref waited until fox went backcourt to call the foul. Like someone said if fox would have never went back court he wouldn't called the foul.

Me as a youth basketball coach with 2 sec remaining: set a screen and curl to the basket so inbounder can hit you going to the basket for a quick 2, foul, or maybe if your lucky a and-1

Mosley, NBA head coach: throw it to Paolo at mid court and chuck a 3

Maybe it's time to give JI some offensive touches! The dude had a easy jump hook shot in the final seconds and passed the rock to Franz.

We need to incorporate low post scoring in our offense!

It was a terrible call but I just wish he wasn't even in position to get that called on him or not. Guarding him near the three point line with 21 seconds left.

Just call the foul at the start then! This garbage of "oh lets let it go see what happens then make a coverup call" is corrupt. CALL THE GAME AS IT IS.

Exactly. Good call but late AF and he doesn't blow the whistle if Fox does not fall back over half court.

They call late fouls if they feel the contact leads to a player not making a basket or causes them to make a turnover.

It was really late but is what it is.

I just would have liked to have drawn something up going towards the basket to end it right there.

The problem with this approach is that the rest of the game wasn’t officiated this way. Lol

Lmao, they were going to let them play but Suggs got to handsy and clearly knocked him off balance.

Refs let sabonis get away with a foul on JI getting the rebound with a hard push in the back.... But then they call that? Contact bordering on incidental?

That was a tough loss. It’s a shame to waste that JI performance because he absolutely earned the win tonight, too bad the team couldn’t deliver at the end. Just seemed like a young team struggling with decision making late. Bad fouls, bad decisions settling for 3s when you just need a 2 multiple times. Bad execution. Hope it’s a character and experience building loss. Thing is the Magic could have taken care of this game early and not let it get to that situation where you are battling back. Annoyed by that fraud Kings team.

The worst thing about this loss is we have to wait like 4 days to play again.

But the foul should have been called right away.... not let's see if he goes back court off this little nudge and then let me call the foul.
