He left CAA and his comment was I am betting on myself. Usually that means a player wants the biggest payday possible. Why he came back to CAA is unknown but he definitely seems to want to max. It does not make sense to the Bucks to be a treadmill team by downgrading Giannis for Randle. If Gianiss asks for a trade, they can wait for a huge offer with more upside young players/FRPs.

I think he would want his paper. Likely leading to a trade.

They could, in theory, do what Portland did with Dame and take in Julius like Portland did with Jrue and flip him later :dontknow:

Problem being is that Julius's value is a little more uncertain than Jrue was as a super glue guy.

Maybe Julius has a much better playoffs this year and solidifies his value.

Unless he gives them 3 teams he’d go to and our offer is the best…
