I mean, when those games happens, then the Bucks are probably losing anyways, and Brogdon alone isn't changing that.

We might win those games with Brogdon's production, but we're definitely not winning them without it. And with Giannis playing at an MVP level, that could make the difference in winning, or not winning a championship.

Reduced our moment-isn't-too-big pool by 50% in favor of a sometimes lazy 27 year old going on 35.

And re-upped a mental midget in Bledsoe. Brogdon was the steady wild card guy who would still give us a chance when the moment got too big for the other guys. Keeping Middleton and Bledsoe around and letting go of Brogdon makes it appear that the Buck's front office puts a premium on guys who don't show up when it really matters.

No , no , no … Oh my God

And I think it will look worse when the protection's on the 1st will be announced.

Khris contract just kicked Prez out of this team.

I loved Prez . I hope him the best for him and his family.

I am sure Khris is so motivated with his new contract … he will probably lock himself in the gym in summer … pfff

Once again … Bucks are not helping Giannis enough. You know what I mean, get him a #2 guy would help.

We still have a chance BUT in order to win a championship Giannis needs to have a historic year, not seen before.

Giannis needs to fix all his flaws and have a GOAT MJ like Year.

I’m depressed at losing Brogdon. But at least we aren’t losing Kahwi like the Raptors. Bucks have as good a chance as any to make the finals with Kahwi going to the Lakers.

I’ll give it a shot one more time. Signing Middleton didn’t cost us Brogdon. We just didn’t want Brogdon and he likely didn’t want us.

Who gives a **** about the finals if Kawhi goes to the Lakers?

Anywho, sucks to lose Brogdon, I was cool with signing both him and Mids and using them sometime in the next year to trade for a disgruntled legit star. Great dude, great role player. Good luck to him.

Simply terrible. At least we got something in return with picks and a TE. Hope we use it....use it on more than Lopez.

Lost some serious shooting ability. Ugh.

Foot risk, tax and all things considered I get it, don't like it and we are a worse team because of it....including Lopez addition.

Still need a starting SG and it ain't Hill.....come on Horst!

Yep.We have a better chance at beating Toronto with Kawhi than the Lakers with him.If he goes to the Lakers our championship window is gone and it could potentially lead to Giannis leaving.

I just don't understand how you can decide to run it back no matter what(Midds contract) and then let Brogdon go.The middle ground seems the worse choice here.

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

Is Brogdon a starting 2 without Giannis pulling half the team with him? I'm not sure.

Meh..

Foot issues, we rolled through the first 2 rounds without him. He's definitely a solid player, but can he sustain that production without the MVP, Mids and Buds system around him?

I'm not crushed by this. DDV is already a better rebounder and defender than Brogdon.

We also acquired picks which we can flip for a better player than Brogdon at the deadline. We are already a better defensive team than we were last year, which is scary. I thought Brogdon was one of our weaker defenders.

He was one of our better shooters. That all that matters.

Brogdon could possibly be somewhat replaced for cheaper, just like Midds could've been, but he also could have just been easily been kept and we run it back with a 60 win core. Dumb to let him go IMO. Mirotic was the casualty of the cap. Letting Brogdon go is being cheap in a time where we don't need to be cheap.

We need a starting SG. Not good with Brown or DDV handling that role for this team.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
