That's terrible for Hood. Days after going to the bench with Achilles pain. Real shame.

Warriors have 5 wins. Two against the Bulls. I'm not sure we'll ever have to worry about the Bulls for a long time.

This Portland crowd seems unusually enamored with Kyle Kuzma.

I had been under the impression for a long time that there wasn't a correlation between pain and subsequent rupture as it would be too sore to push it to it's extremes.

Wrong. Definitely a correlation in the evidence between pain and subsequent rupture.

My guess would be that his Achilles was frayed and it was only a matter of time until this happened.

I had read medical research that suggested pain would reduce the likelihood of achieving overload in a max volume contraction. But more recent stuff I've read has refuted this.

Unfortunately 'frayed' is hard to define as changes on imaging of body parts has a notoriously poor correlation with the actual injury.

But I completely understand why you've said what you've said. Obviously there's microtrauma that has occurred. Makes you wonder if one day there'll be in game injury imaging done by medical staff.

Brogdon out injured tonight. 4th game he's missed. Embiid also out
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

So the Cavs players seemingly really don’t like their coach. They might be worse than the Knicks.

Have any context to this? Is this being reported?

The Beilen hire was odd from the beginning. I guess they thought a college coach would work well with young scrubs.

Kevin Porter Jr just dunked on someone, stared them down and flexed. With his team down 40.

If this is really a college environment you'd think he'd get benched.

Harden scores 34...on 8 of 27 shooting, 3 of 17 from 3.

Hot take: Jazz look better with Jingles running the point instead of Conley.
