it bothered me so much that she opened her knicks/nets rebuttal with an adoring analysis of the chicago bulls

They just cannot give us credit. There's always some external factor for them to pull on to explain our success. Whether it be an easy schedule, other teams injuries, non-sustainable shooting. The media consistently refuse to give us a fair assessment because of the off chance that lolknicks returns. When they don't have an excuse? Divert attention to the other team or talk about something else entirely.

It's getting old.

IMO, the way that Mitch brought his arm down put Williams in an awkward position so he had to brace his fall. The actual hit didn't cause that. Not intentional but a little careless on Mitch's part. Mostly bad luck for Williams.

It was not in any way a malicious play by Mitch. People can get hurt without it being a flagrant foul. His intention certainly didnt seem like he was trying to cause harm. Hard foul is as far as I can stretch it. Mitch doesn't have a history of ripping guys heads off either.

Nice move potentially but Personally I don't think this would move the needle nearly as much as getting Lillard would.

Dame is a great player but he's 31, gets paid a ton, will cost even more.

I'm going to assume the upgrade happens at the wing and sends Fournier or RJ to 6th man status.

Firstoff Knicks may seemingly need to trade Burks. Old but playstyle isnt that vetty that rookies can learn from.

Actually, I think guys like IQ, Grimes and RJ can learn a lot from Burks.

I don't think Burks is great; he's ok. Ok to good. He's uneven. But when he plays well, which is like 2 out of every 3 games, he plays the right way. He'll attack the basket a little, makes his shots, playmakes some. He's actually a useful NBA player.
That's why when the Knicks bundle him with Noel, they'll be able to move them. Because they aren't long term contracts, especially next year, and they don't suck.

What Burks can teach, Rose/Kemba and Evan can teach better. There are too many vets already in this team the rooks have fallen into obscurity.
