Go ahead D12 and sit it out LOOLOL. I can't believe this guy WOW. What's the deal D12, really?? Stop being pissed at everyone, move on, and make adjustments to better your career. Stop looking for the Magic to bail you out. I mean I do kinda feel sad for the guy, but cmon it's time to move on now.

Let the Vaughn era begin. Please NO to Curry; I don't even know why he's being considered.

No.

actually its a good deal. we get rid of DUDU and a bad contract for an expiring contract pg who should challenege nelson for his spot

So teams are going to unload expiring contracts while taking our crap contracts just because?

Teams do not trade assets for garbage.

Kind of like how we didn't trade Dwight for Brook Lopez.

Yeah I can't believe Dwight would sit the season out. His productivity and effort was never in question when he was playing with us this past season through all of the drama.

Vaughn has ties to Henny while at SAS, Curry and Hunter has ties to Scott Perry the new vice president/assistant general manager while at Detroit

How many more women would get pregnant if Dwight had nothing to do for a year?

I don't know much about Vaughn, but I do know Curry and Hunter very well being that I am a Pistons fan.

Curry would not be a good selection. He rubbed everyone wrong in his lone season as a Head Coach of the Pistons. I think the entire team of players wanted him gone. But, Curry was a great defensive player with a high BBall IQ since he wasn't as gifted athletically. He brings a tough nosed mentality, but was not very approachable as a coach.

Hunter was well respected by his teammate as a leader. He was a smart player and floor general. I understand that has helped him in his coaching endeavors.

Well with Curry he could be a 2 year coach making sure we can tank because he can't coach.

Do you even know what the Mavs are offering?

The point still remains that teams don't unload good size expiring contracts for average players on mediocre contracts.

I wonder if these two coaching cuts, Hornacek and Lindsey, were after Alex interview and now Vaughn and Curry going to meet Devos for the final selection. If so, we'll know our new coach here in the next 24-48 hours.

Calderon wants to start. That is a big part of why they are trading him. He most likely won't start here and if he did, it would just piss off Jameer.

That being said, if we did make an offer, a trade of Baby, Q, and one of our young players (Harper?) would be a more acceptable deal for them over an aging JRich and Duhon. If I'm Toronto though I wait until the deadline when teams start to sell off more assets for expirings.
