Why would bogey sign before the trade deadline? Say he signs with the bucks and they decide on Jordan. He would be screwed.

On one hand I'm happy for Goran because he got shafted out of the ASG the year he made 3rd team all nba but I totally agree they put way too much emphasis on winning when selecting the ASG. Just put in the best players. Hell it's a good thing for the league to have a some guys from the bad teams; it gives those franchises that are never on national tv or get an national media coverage a little juice. We complain about guys forcing their way off these bad teams but **** the players have a point that they can't get recognition on those teams so would rather group up on the handful of good teams.

Miami is -65 with Dragic on the floor yet he is an AS because the Heat win games?

He is 11th on the team in RPM and like ~350 in the league.

What a joke.

Bulls absorbing Asik makes it a LITTLE less likely they make a mega offer to Jabari, though they could still stretch him.

Miami were always going to be rewarded eventually for being a good team. Dragic was the most logical 4th best option.

I do find it ridiculous that Kemba doesn't get a look in because of his record but Drummond did with his.

Dragic is a fine player. So is Malcolm Brogdon. Neither should be close to the All-Star game this year. Kemba is pretty damn electrifying, and should be considered way before Goran Dragic's name even comes up.

Drummond isn't flashy but he's been a monster this year. I agree that Kemba is also deserving.

I mean Dragic literally hasn't been good this year, there were probably 30 players who would have been a better pick if you're going by who is the best, which is what an allstar game should be

It's a chicken or the egg thing, all star players make a team good or good teams make all stars out of players?

I know most people only believe in the first one but I think both are possible. You put the right guys in a system, the system puts them in a position to succeed in their roles, and their success helps their team to win. Well, that's the definition of a great player.

He is the poster boy for bad all-star selections.

Don't see any problem in coaches rewarding a player from a good team tbh. He was like the 5th guy too so it's no a big deal to me.

Too much emphasis on winning? Are you guys serious? Should we just cancel the regular season? The Bucks don't deserve two all stars and Kemba made it last year.

Middleton is more deserving of a spot than a guy that actually makes his team worse when he’s on the floor.

Stan for Goran Dragic to be a deserving All-Star and be serious about it brehs. Good grief.

Depressing how good Jamal Murray is. Dude's gonna be a star and we were like a loss or two away.
