That said, its only game 1.

We were dunking and throwing alley-oops on Dallas in game 1 last year.

so true, that Westbrook to Collison thing reminded me of it

but Dallas I don't recall led us in the game. We just straight up blew them out and kept showboating.

Disappointed in Wade. One thing to play bad, another to play dumb. Just 1 game. We get thursday and we did what we came to do. Just a shame it couldn't have been this one.

Everybody calm down. There's no use panicking right now, no one said this would be easy. OKC had to protect homecourt and they did, if they win next game, we're in a hole, but until then enough overreacting.

Wade needs to stop all these long jumpers and threes, it's a waste of possessions and momentum. Bosh needs to stop shooting threes, enough with that. Lebron needs to keep driving and cover Durant most of the time. Miller needs to not see the floor again. Bosh also needs to start. The Mavericks responded last year, we need to do the same.

Him at the 3 spreads the floor. It worked against Boston and for a while in the 1st half.

I have no idea what the Heat are going to do about Durant in the 4th quarter... You can't double him thanks to Harden and Westbrook. If you put a bigger defender on him he'll just drive right past you. If you put a smaller defender on him he shoots right over you. It's like the Heat are going up against DIRK 2.0 man. :nonono:

The Heat have shown consistently in these playoffs that they can win crucial games.

Everyone needs to realize that

Whether it's because of an injury, decline, age, him not liking the second role, he can only give us a short burst of quality minutes

He needs to come off the bench plan and simple

Rio is playing well and can get more touches
Bosh needs to start

We need to also play a goddamn center

Where was Cole?

Our coach doesn't trust bench players even if its for just 2 minutes smh. Wade is only 30 so i think he might be hurt especially in a shortened season like this one.

Durant scoring 17 in the 4th is why the Heat lost.

Why LeBron wasnt on him is just silly.

And if he was too tired to guard him. Then I blame Spo for playing him 47 mins.

I actually watched that game again today. Dallas was up by like 10 or 11 points at one point in the 3rd quarter.

Lebron can defend him. Problem is that Westbrook was making everyone his Bi*** as soon as Lebron was taken off him. What we going to do? Lebron can't guard the whole team.

Why didn't Norris Cole play tonight? he played well in the Boston series and gave Rondo problems at times. he's a good defender and is just as quick as Westbrook. not saying that he would have stopped him, but maybe he could have gotten a few crucial stops in the 3rd and 4th quarter.

The only player he can guard on the Thunder is Fisher and maybe Thabo. He can't stay with any of their big 3 guys at all.

The problem is they know we switch so easily so they make us switch to get whatever matchup they want.

Instead of letting him rest and be a spot up shooter all game..go at him early and often. Make him chase somebody around and play defense all game.

He is the opposite of LeBron. James has to do it all and stuff the stat sheet all game, and he is tired at the end of games. Durant does enough to get by, and then uses his energy in the 4th

Bosh needs to be more involved, he's essentially been relegated to being a three point shooter/outside guy.

He is an advantage for the Heat in this series, he can score on the faceup, and he is crafty enough to get Ibaka to jump up and foul him.

Needs the ball more in the mid post, needs more plays run for him.

Harden didn't play in the 4th quarter, that's what is KILLING ME.

It was just Westbrook and Durant, they hit their shots.

LeBron also wasn't on Durant... Battier was.

But yes, Durant is hard to stop.

Game 2... we still have it. Then 3 straight at home. This is far from over.

One thing is for certain,no lead is safe against the Thunder. They seem to thrive on keeping it close until the 4th,and then just pounce on teams like a lion out on the Serengeti.

The thing I'm confused about is that Wade made it look easy when he was cutting through the defense whenever he chose to, but he was never consistent. He keep settling. Enraged me.

It's the WAY we lose. Look, Dallas beat us by only a few points in Game 2 of the Finals. You look at the score and think "No big deal"

This was a big deal. This game was OURS. That first half we were playing amazing. Battier had the performance of his life. I can promise you over the duration of Shane's contract we won't see that sort of game more than 5 times. He was amazing.

Oh, never play Miller again.

Wade...get your head checked out. 3 pointers? Really?

We didn't play amazing in the first half; our shots were just falling (especially 3s) and theirs weren't. It wasn't like our shots were so much easier than theirs
