anybody else going to any SL games? never been before but i'm stoked.

I'm thinking about driving down to vegas for the Saturday game. is it first come, first serve for seating? stubhub has tickets but it doesn't have seat numbers for the tickets. i want good seats!

yah its GA. a tickets gets you admission to both arenas. it was confusing wher ei bought my tix-- only Cox Pavillion was listed-- but when I got the physical tickets both arenas were listed.

but yah its first come first served. iirc its usually nbd but if there's going to be a desirable game (e.g. Ingram vs Simmons or smth else like that) then you probably want to squat a spot at least a game ahead of time.

yeah, I'm going to try to make it to the lakers and sixers game too (if my wife can tolerate that much basketball in one day lol). i'll be the guy with the black booker jersey.

It's like $5 to buy the summer league pass and watch them on the internet via the actual nba.com site.

I don't see it available this year. Am I missing something? I've looked all over the site.

It appears to me that cable/dish companies, while clinging desperately to remain alive, have figured out that there is no (legal) streaming option for NBATV and have made a deal with Turner Broadcasting to put as many games possible on NBATV.

Yeah, I just checked and couldn't find it either. That blows. Guess I will have to try and find it elsewhere on firstrow or something. I honestly don't know why nbatv, or espn even don't have better deals just to purchase those channels and watch them directly on your computer or through roku or something. And NFL Sunday Ticket has it, but it's a rip off.

Sling isn't that bad of a deal. Between that and league pass one should be able to get everything. However, they figured out they could put games on NBATV which isn't an option for legal (and far superior quality) streaming. Last year, NBATV took so many games from my league pass subscription in which they were originally scheduled to be broadcast.

I wish cable/dish companies would just die or adapt already. They still want to force the old model of shoving 85% of the channels we don't want down our throat.

Brown and Simmons both DNPs in their second SL games. I hope Chriss and Bender play all games.

Nice to see some AZ Wildcats leading in stat categories so far. Brandon Ashley leading by far in rebounds with 11 per game (Stanley Johnson in 5th) and Nick Johnson leading in assists with 7.7 a game.

Of course he will. We are also guaranteed to have an Adam Silver press conference during a Suns game.

Man that sucked last year. Totally wasted most of the game.

What! I can't believe they took away the summer league streaming option. It's always been one of my favorite parts of summer!

That's such a bummer. I hope they get some terrible feedback for taking it away and bring it back next year.

Isn't ESPN still like $20 a month through sling? I don't even have cable or satellite anymore. Luckily someone gave me their log in information so I can do Watch ESPN through my roku.
