Possibly but would prefer more of a veteran. What would you be asking for in exchange?

Jabari? Just, kidding, a future 2nd in a year of your choosing?

Its defintiely under consideration since I am a fan of Marshall but I want to see what other offers come in first. I will get back to you on this.

In light of trading Kosta Koufos to the Cavs for the rights to Kay felder, and 2 2nd rounders, the Kings would like to extend an offer to Courtney Lee for 4 year 45 million dollars with a player option on the final year.

We feel with his addition and that of Ryan Anderson that weve surrounded Cousins with the shooters he needs to create space to take his game to the next level ad carry the kings into the playoffs.

We offer lee the starting SG position and to reunite with his old coach from memphos on dave joerger who was very outspoken about the loss of lee to his squad. We feel lee is the guy to fill the void at SG sacramento has has since it traded kevin martin.

So with signings of Biyombo and Hill, while still keeping Bradley Beal (just realised, that I occasionally refer to Biyombo as BB, but Wizards would have two BBs in my scenario. :) ) on his cap hold:
$32,259k for Wall, Morris, Porter and Oubre
$22,014k for Biyombo and Hill
$23,820k for cap holds of Anderson, Beal, Hickson, Sessions and Temple
$833k for the use of stretch provision on Martell Webster
$1,087k for 2 min cap holds.
All adding up to just above $80m.
Wizards are looking to potentially use $18.25 with th possibility of renouncing Alan Anderson. Plus Room Exception on top of that, but using it depends on how much salaries for Temple and Sessions exceed their cap holds as formal signing of Beal would already eat $7.5m out of $19m in difference between cap and LT threshold, and giving RE to someone would move the team by another $2.8m. Wizards are certainly not looking to pay LT this season.
Current depth chart adds up to:

Biyombo/.../...
Morris/Hill/...
Porter/Hill/Oubre
Beal/.../Oubre
Wall/.../...

Looking at the math above, Wizards continue to keep two deals on the table:
Al Jefferson - $12m over 3 years
Gerald Henderson - $24 million over 2 years, 2nd year - non-guarantee, decided by July, 2nd 2017, once team has an understanding, whether KD has interest to come over next summer.

Any interest in Monroe to compliment Bismack since I highly doubt Jefferson signed for $4MM per?

Edit: Or Henson for that matter.

For the Nuggets

Evan Fournier - 80 million/4 years

Pitch: You would be coming back to a team that is ready to become a playoff team, we believe we are ahead of Orlando in the process to compete and you would go a long way to making us a legitimate threat out in the west. a backcourt of you and Mudiay going forward would be a legitimate threat, we believe in you and your potential to take this team to greatness. This would realistically be the most that could be offered but this would be a good fit

Reasoning: i love Murray and like Gary Harris but getting an upgrade at S.G wouldn't be the worst way to spend the money

Courtney Lee

Offer: 4/40

Reason: 3&D S.G and more experience.

Pitch: you could play an important role here in Denver where you will get good minutes and be able to get this team to the playoffs and hopefully make a playoff run

Dontas Moutiejunas

Offer: 4/50 mill

Pitch: you could realistically get big starting minutes here in and you would have great teammates and play in a system where you could flourish and will be allowed to nuture your skillset whilst being a component of getting to the playoffs and hopefully advancing far.

Reason: a big who offers something different from anyone else, he is a big unit but can stretch the floor, most of the stretch guys are relatively small and the bigger guys don't have that 3pt range.

Boban Marjanovic

Offer: 2/25

Pitch: you would get a much bigger role here than you will have in San Antonio, you will also serve as a mentor to both Nurkic and Jokic.

Reason: lets test San Antonio a bit ;) but seriously he would fit Denver pretty well and i could see something like this happening out of left field

Hey Chuck! Any interest in trading Devin Harris to clear up some of your current overflow of players? I would be willing to offer you back your 2018 2nd (top 55 protected).

yeah I'd do Devin for the top 55 2nd.

Cleveland

With Barnes choosing GSW over us, we still have a need for someone to split minutes with Jefferson as the 3-4 switch. We know RJ played great for us in the playoffs but do not want to run him 20 mpg every game and then have him look like Dallas-version of him in the playoffs, especially as a two year older player.

We reach out to Joe Johnson again. He has been contacted by a few teams and probably offered more money (I can't find them) but we offer him our Biannual with the second year being a player option if he chooses. We think he'd be a noticeable upgrade over Jefferson. I don't believe money is a factor after all the money he has made in his career, though playing time might still be. We are offering a defined and important role for our team, but the minutes wouldn't be as heavy as he received in Miami. Looking at 16-20mpg on one of the top two teams in the league.

We also contact Christian Wood, we offer him a 3 year deal.. We can only offer the minimum, but all three years guaranteed to gain BRs.. He bounced around his rookie season and had to take 10-day contracts just to stay on the Sixers. That should be a big red flag, but before I became the GM of the Cavs, I lived in Las Vegas and I really liked him and met him a few times. So we hope the security of a long term deal and the experience of playing for a contender is enough. And no one else is calling unless they are reading my emails, the three year contract will give us bird rights to pay him big money if he earns it, which we believe he will. ---- (ESPN says he's an FA but also says he's signed for 3 more years - I believe he cleared waivers when I wanted Dallas to sign him near the end of the year... So I think he's an ufa)

And contact Cedi Osman again.. He plans to come over the following season, but we'd like him this year. We value him like a early-mid first rookie and would love to get him here this season while we have the entire team together.

And Matty... No one has called you still.. We understand it must be getting painful watching other people get paid and just leaning on the wall. How about 4 year 36 mil and just sign today..

We also no longer hope to trade Frye or Shumpert. Once we sobered up, we watched some tape from the playoffs and saw how amazing we were with Frye at center next to Bron. And Shumpert and his hair aren't wanted anywhere, so we will keep him.

Unless there are trade offers, OKC is capped out and unless someone takes the MLE, is pretty much done for the offseason. MLE offers were out for Darrell Arthur, Trevor Booker, and I believe Dudley I saw signed.

Agreed! I'll PM sportscrazy. I figure its the least Dallas can do for us gifting you Zaza last season.

Bucks rescind their offer to Xavier Mumford. Original post has been updated to reflect this.

Yes, when he started between about 1/21 and 2/19, he got decent assists and scored quite a bit...more of drive to the rim and dish guy...but good finisher.

Though with a good team like Atlanta it might require a top 20 protected first or something that turned into two seconds in a couple years. If on a bad team a 2nd would look better. But one if the 50s maybe not.

You know I'm a JJ guy. Plus look at all the actual wings I have brought to Dallas. Did you realize that they allow you to play in the NBA if you are 6'6"-6'9"? I had thought there was a rule prohibiting that but it turns out there isn't one.

Clippers would offer their MLE to Joe Johnson. (Don't know how many teams contacted him, only saw the bi-annual from CLE)

So the Pacers offseason is pretty much done as it seems no one has interest in Stuckey.

Only thing left is to sign Niang. We'll offer him the same deal we did for Joe Young last year, 4 years, first 2 guaranteed starting at $1 mil a year.

So our roster is:

Teague/Ellis/Young
Gordon/Miles/Stuckey
PG/GRIII/Niang
Young/Allen
Turner/Mahinmi/Christmas/Whittington

with Whittington likely getting waived during training camp.

With the fact that in real life Doc Rivers won't get sacked (most probably), the Clippers would offer Austin Rivers 2/12
