The KIngs are the only team that makes sense. Adding Wiggins on the wing with Hield and Bogdanovic in the rotation as shooters. There aren't expectations with the KIngs to make playoffs this year so I think its a good market/situation for him to keep developing.

Id offer Randolph, Koufos, Mclemore. Wolves can look to flip Koufos/Mclemore for Bazemore perhaps.

So basically expirings. I'd take the risk for the Mavs here too and offer:

- Matthews ($17M, expiring)

- Barea ($4M, expiring)

- maybe throw in a 2nd but that's it

PG: Smith
Wing: Wiggins
Wing: Doncic
Wing: Barnes
C: DeAndre

That's a fun squad albeit you gotta ask why DAL would have to take that much of a financial risk a few months before FA when they have a ton of caproom. I'd be surprised to see us in the mix but personally why the eff not. I've always liked Wiggins, Imo Carlisle would be great for him.

Wiggins for Meyers Leonard, Evan Turner, Gary Trent Jr, and a top 10 protected pick.

Portland gets an upgrade at SF with some good firepower on offense. T-Wolves save a ton of money and get a 1st round pick and Trent who is cheap and has some potential. May be too much money for Portland to take on though.
