The allegation is he strikes her multiple times, shatters her phone and does this in front of a child who he knocks over during the commotion.

This isnt looking good for TD as the charges multiply, including the reckless endangerment of a one year old child. Thats bad. I dont mind "waiting for all the facts" but the more this story is coming out, the worse it seems to get.

But biology should have nothing to do with the amount of punishment/outrage TD should receive. It should be based on the amount of damage he caused. How is it worse for a man to hit a woman instead of another man if we're assuming that both victims are of equal strength?

Obviously very serious charges.

He might get cut. Or he will likely be indefinitely suspended pending resolution of the charges. I would lean indefinite suspension.

Situations like this just bum me out. Dude was coming off a good rookie season, showed some real ability as a scorer. And now it’s likely ruined, for the foreseeable future at the very least.

The lack of self control is pretty weak, and hitting a female is even weaker.

He didn't condemn Terrence Davis. He made a generic statement condemning hitting women. That's not virtue signalling, that's having morals. Hitting people is wrong.

Weird. I've never gotten the cops called on me or copped a domestic charge for the god knows how many times I've had to do that. She actually called me a few hours ago and we've been broken up for like 5 years. She damn sure would have called the cops (or stabbed me in my sleep) had I punched her.

Hitting anyone without sufficient provocation is wrong. Tormenting someone psychologically is wrong. There is so much that is wrong. I'll wait and see what sort of damage if any was done.

Hopefully this young man learns to not put himself in situations where he can end up accused of stuff like this.
