I find Filip Petrusev very very very intriguing. Mobile, fluid, has tricks at all three levels.

He probably has close to zero upside as anything other than a solid starter or role-player, but I'm struggling to find any glaring weaknesses in Chris Duarte's game that would prevent him from having a decade long NBA career. He'll be 24 at draft time and needs to put on some muscle, but I wouldn't hate him in that 25-30 range.

He is sooooo much fun to watch - his skill level is off the charts for a 7 footer. Unfortunately, he is also soooo skinny with an awkward looking frame. I'm just not sure if he can fully overcome that.

But speaking of 7'1, I really like a UVA player who most mocks don't even have getting drafted. Jay Huff looks like an NBA dinosaur, but he defends the rim and he has surprising offensive skills - including 3 point range. Yes, he's already 23, but that means he won't need much developmental time. Also on UVA, 6'9 swingman Trey Murphy III - who has a sweat 3 stroke and has the size and length to make all kinds of NBA switches - just needs to hit the weights. I like him much more than the Hauser brother on UVA - who also has a great 3 point shot. And UVA is always the best coached team in the ACC - with no apologies to Coach K and Roy Williams.

He'd be a great tight end in football. Can you imagine trying to tackle him when he's going full speed?

Leonard Hamilton deserves a mention though. Also clearly better at this point than K and Roy. I just implicitly trust that players coming out of those programs (FSU, UVA) are going to be ingrained w/ a good set of core principles to build an NBA game around.

Yes, I was trying to think of his name and was too lazy to look it up. He's a very good defensive-minded coach.

I think I saw Thon Maker in one of those clips. Looks like he is gearing up for another run at it.

You can't hitch the future of your franchise to a guy named Chet.

I think Jalen Johnson made a poor choice. While he's proven to be gifted, he hasn't shown any consistency at all, and he's abandoned his teammates and the Duke program. I think it's an awfully lazy decision by him, and I hope it costs him. It's not out of the question that he could fall to the Bucks - which I never would have thought of as a possibility until now.

Chet Walker was a helluva player back in the day. He and Bob Love were a great forward combo for the Bulls.

I'm convinced the Bucks should buy a 2nd rounder to pick Huff. Yesterday, he single-handedly kept UVA in the game in their loss to NC State - getting 19 points, 11 rebounds, 5 blocks and 3 steals. Trey Murphy did one of his disappearing acts - disappointing.

Only starting to get into the draft class but I've been super impressed with Alperen Sengün's skill level. He lacks like 2 inches for me to fall in love but his footwork is excellent.
