The Grizz turn any role player into a great one.

I think he's a very good shooter.
He also seems to be cold blooded. All the boos in Chicago don't seem to affect him a bit.
He also has a nice strong drive to the hoop.
His defense ain't special or even worth mentioning but he seems dedicated to his defensive duties.
Overall yes, he seems like a pretty good role player on a nice contract.

Allen is a mini Pat Bev, who is being praised for his leadership and the Wolve's turn around.

So, let me get this right: he has demonstrated - time and time again (even in a SUMMER LEAGUE GAME) - that he is a dirty af player, who engages in non-basketball plays like trying to trip players or hit them while they are defenseless in the air…and you LIKE him because people like me hate his dirty af guts, and because it riles people up on the GB? Do I have that right?

This is why the discourse on the GB devolves into smack fests - because of thinking like yours.

People whine about stupid **** like not giving enough “landing space” or tripping somebody from years ago but in same breathe are totally okay with violent & dirty play if the other in question has been “disrespectful” I’ve heard so many “on the streets we’d do x” fake bravado on this site, its always a good chuckle. There’s also a long tradition hating all bourgeois privileged seeming Duke players, Grayson has a face like that Covington kid that just triggers people for some reason. The NBA literally use to have guys punch or straight uo yank on each others balls in the post, the pearl clutchers of today are insane.

Grayson is a pretty decent roleplayer tho; smart and plays within himself, great shooter, can put it on the floor a bit and create/finish, makes effort defensive, not afraid of pressure and big moments. He’s not an overly physical player nor is he dirty taking dives trying to sell fouls like a lot of guys in the league.

Exactly.

A polite conversation tells you everything you need to know about a persons character.
I mean who actually believes that "actions speak louder than words" nonsense anyway.
Judging by his actions as monitored by the NBA, Allen is pretty much average when it comes to fouling. A low personal foul rate. Only one career flagrant. No foul upgraded after the fact.

Actions do speak louder than words.

I'm only a bucks fan because of Grayson Allen.

He's an even better person off the court.

He was a dirty player in college, but in the NBA he’s been mostly fine. He committed a bad and dirty foul against Caruso, which was obviously not good. But overall he’s not a dirtier player than other notoriously dirty defenders in the league.

I think honestly he just has a really punchable face. That’s the main reason he gets all this extra hate.

Some dudes have different personalities off the court… He is a good play, plenty athleticism and a good shooter, knows how to fill his role, unselfish… gritty on defense, sometimes cross the line, but will never back down
He could get better draft position if he claimed the draft one or two years earlier, but his family and he want a good education first, finished college before NBA, seems to be well educated

Honestly I think Grayson gets into his head too much. He has a knack for dirty plays, but he'd be a much better player if he focused on his game rather than these dirty antics.

How his behavior is will really dictate how long his NBA career is. While he's young and athletic some team will give him a chance. When he's older teams will be less likely to take a chance on him.

This is dumb to me. NFTs have actual use cases as a technology outside of s***ty jpeg monkeys. And crypto is hardly any worse than the joke we're dealing with now in our modern fiat system.

Intentionally trying to hurt somebody or cheat the rules is dirty, attempting a chase down and fouling a guy to stop the basket isn't but it is inherently one of the more dangerous plays in basketball which is not unique to the players involved here. I don't think Giannis or his brother Thanasis if you want a try hard scrub instead would have played it any differently altho they'd probably swat Caruso's shot across the border into Indiana. It's just an unfortunate unlucky fall when the guy landed on his wrist. Bucks play an aggressive style defense and don't like giving up free buckets, these are your NBA champions.

There literally were guys punching and yanking on testicles in the NBA but never mind them, they're just celebrated future 1st ballot HOFers

This is the correct answer. But to be fair, people with that face type tend to be total douchebags. It's really a chicken or egg scenario here.
