I don't have high expectations here.

It's a lose/lose situation now.
We win and we are the fake 1st seed.
We lose and the Celtics are so much better they don't even need Tatum to win the East.

Hopefully Tatum plays. But if he does and we win the spin will be he wasn't 100%
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Even if the Bucks win by 30, Dame puts up 40, and Tatum plays: (Annoying Bill Simmons voice) “We know games in November are meaningless, so this lose doesn’t prove anything, but we did find out whose guarding Tatum and it’s the flu which is okay because no one on the Bucks roster can cover him in a seven games series and Jrue showed us he’ll shut down Dame when it matters. Jrue’s always been a better playoff performer than regular season performer. He always shuts down his man in the playoffs. Always.”

I expect to see both teams to use pretty basic sets. And so the single biggest thing I'm watching for in this game that I think will foreshadow some of what to expect in a playoff series is can Boston offer any sort of resistance on Giannis. Siakam, Embiid and even Mark Williams a couple nights ago are killing these guys in the paint. Giannis is on an absolute tear the last couple weeks. He's shooting over 70% overall and almost 75% on 2's.

If Boston wins it will be the highlight of Sportscenter, all over sports media, multiple threads on the GB about how the Bucks are frauds.

If Milwaukee wins nobody nationally will say anything outside of a small blurb.

And there will be one basket Giannis makes that the Celtics think should've been an offensive foul that will be talked about during every ESPN segment.

Just one? No, it's "every time Giannis attacks the paint it's an offensive foul."

I think the weirdest part of the whole Boston/Milwaukee thing might be this idea that Joe **** Mazzulla, aka the guy who didn't call a timeout over the entirety of a 46-25 run in the 3rd and 4th quarter of a playoff game, has any sort coaching advantage in any playoff series. And I've been one of the biggest Griffin critics here. He has just as much to prove as a head coach as Griff does.

I went through a period of real irrational anger towards the Griffin hire. I still don't like it but am feeling a bit more composed and confident about the team. Giannis and Dame going through periods of good flow have helped. Not sure what advanced stats say but things feel a bit better.

So I am feeling a comfortable W. I hope Tatum plays.

Exactly so its worst case scenario for us. Let's just pound them into the ground and chalk it up as a big win regardless!!

A little anxious about this one. It's gonna be a playoff atmosphere. We might get to see if Beasley can handle playoff-type pressure in MKE.

I think someone posted that since the move to put Brook in drop, they are #1 ORTG and #12 DRTG.

I might be wrong on that though.

I don't know how we will even compete against the greatest starting 5 in the history of sport....Greatest 6 man rotation if you include Al Horford. Maybe they will take it easy on us tonight. I did enjoy Zach Lowe's coverage of the teams where he spent a minute talking about the Bucks and then 20 minutes stroking the Celtics.

Seriously though hope it is a good game. Very curious how we play Brook in this one since this is such a tough matchup for him if Boston is making their 3's.

I could careless if Tatum plays. I am not the type of person who cares about what other people think. Just win the game. Go Bucks

Yeah, I just want us at 58+ wins/healthy at year-end. I don't care how we do it except for maybe Giannis adding to his hardware.

*glances at 37-year old Horford's numbers this year*

It's certainly gonna be something to watch to see how long this "Boston Top-6" narrative keeps chugging along before someone points out how hilariously stupid it is to keep throwing Al's name in there.

Of course you want Tatum to play if you actually intend to watch the game and gauge where the Bucks are at as a contending team, weird flex to be like it doesn't matter but I want it to be less competitive for some reason.
