You got a back tattoo? I found a picture of your back tat. Image

Yup, it rhymes with my first name, too.

After 20 years you’d be the fool to expect something different. Especially to be confident about it.

I never said I’m expecting anything different.lol I don’t have expectations either way and I know things can go either way.

I’m just trying to understand your point of view when you say something like “the eagles look prime to take a hard fall this year”. That’s quite the statement…

Well you can’t deny there have been internal rumblings. Everything isn’t going silky smooth inside that locker room.

But yea, then you throw in the weird **** like the Madden curse (mock it if you want) or the 20 straight years with a different division winner. I mean, that looks pretty primed to me. I’m just saying.

Curses aside, that’s a different discussion, but besides that I don’t see any major issues. We lost slay, traded cjgj, lost sweat, and lost Milton Williams. I don’t think that’s a huge loss anywhere to be honest. I said at the end of the year the most important player to bring back is Zach Baun and that’s what they did. I guess losing Becton kinda hurts but I will say the most important thing is the eagles still have one of the best OL coaches in the NFL and he can figure a way to make it work.

Also, I don’t know what you mean with the locker room issues.

He means AJ Brown getting annoyed about not getting the ball when he's open, which only happens with every WR ever.

The team of the decade was New England. They won 3 Super Bowls. But the 2013 Seahawks we're voted as the best team of the decade. The 2014 team was just as good in my mind.

Perhaps the team was just as good but the coach became the weak link. His play calling abilities.     :ouch: :falloff: Poor Pete. The one that got away like Super Bowl V for the Cowboys. Best team doesn't always win.

Agreed. Exactly like Super Bowl 57

Perhaps they would have but that awesome, over rated defense didn't show up that day. Got schooled actually. 2 easiest T.D.'s Andy ever had in that game. Egals and those pukie green skirts at their best.

This will probably blow your mind. But it wasn't Carroll who called the play.

Wilson changed the play from run to pass. When New England brought in their goal line package to stop lynch, Wilson audibled to a pass play.

Carroll took the blame. But he was covering for Russ. It's why guys like Sherman took issue with Wilson.

It's also why Sherman said this & went off on him.

Yeah, they we're the better team that year (2014). They had a 10-point lead going into the 4th Quarter. But because of an injury to their best pass rusher (Cliff Avril), it changed the game & made it much easier for Brady. If you go back & watch, you'll notice that their pass rush completely disappeared down the stretch. Thus, Brady was able to pick them apart.

That’s what I mean, bad coaching will do that.. It’s well known that Jonathan Gannon was illegally spending most of his time right before the Super Bowl with the cardinals instead of preparing for the actual Super Bowl. That defense wasn’t ready on game day because the defensive coordinator was literally looking for houses to buy in Arizona instead of game prep.

I mean, Seahawks were lucky as hell to even be on the goal line because of a miracle catch in the first place. Otherwise they were well on their way to losing that game regardless. One lucky play deserves another, except Butler just made a great play, his wasn’t luck.
