Opposing team boards or subreddits after wins are gonna be funny this year. The number of posts I've already seen of "how are we losing to scrubs like [insert Cole, Rollins, or AJ]" have me cracking up. And you can add KPJ to that mix when he's back. Looks like it's gonna take a while for non Bucks fans to realize our quintet of guards is actually pretty good lol.

Yeah his play in the 2 man game is exceptional. Good decision making. Not prone to turnovers. Finishes at the hoop through contact and attacks the boards. Admittedly before we signed him I thought he was a guy who was 'me first,' off the bench and was either going to shoot you into or out of a game. If Cole was this guy the whole time, then Orlando will have questions to answer about letting him leave.

What low key sucks though, is that 2 games in, we've already lost 2 players to injuries, KPJ and Kuzma. Kuzma out might be actually good for us, although so far, in his limited minutes and role, he's been... sufficient? Yeah, that sounds about right.

Did anyone say anything about KPJ's injury? When he'll be back or what not?

Myles Turner let's get it together. Two games and I'll have some patience but can't keep playing like this all year.

KPJ has the highest upside and will the one of the main keys to our ceiling but I love the guard group. Him, Cole and Rollins all bring different attributes to the table and with their length and athleticism you can play two of them together a good amount.

Loving the new identity and athleticism.

Love Brook but Myles even while not putting up big offensive numbers it’s simply refreshing seeing how well he moves, it’s quite visible. He’s a good passer too. That front court pairing with Giannis could become lethal and with that under the radar guard grouping, including Trent and AJG, this is a very fun group.

The amount of **** I've already heard for our team this season is crazy. Some of the so-called experts were talking and saying that our absolute best this year, would have us right around 6th or 7th...
Like... I know we're not the best in the NBA, but 6th or 7th, as a ceiling, sounds crazy to me.

If we can eventually find an actual wing to size down Green and Trent Jr, we have a really good, deep and versatile group of guards that all bring their own positives to the floor.

I don't think it's coincidence that Bobby finally got rolling when he finally got minutes with Giannis.

I missed most of the game tonight, but I thought he was great in the opener.

He also picked up fouls at the speed of light. He was getting the same quality of shots with the non-starters on the court. He shot wide open 3s and shot his back down iso long 2s. My biggest problem with Bobby is that he offers you nothing defensively and he is rebounding poorly. We can't get stops with him in the game, so him not scoring means he is going to be a net negative.

He's a 25 year old scorer we essentially got for free. Well done Horst. Cole is going to get paid.

There were times over the last couple of seasons I was begging Horst to trade for one of the Orlando guards. Any of them. He said chill. I'm gonna grab one for Free.99.

So far so good. To me he started off the preseason slow the 1st game but since then has been great. An underrated key, is this is the first time Cole has played with a team full of shooters. Space is not only a big deal for Giannis but it also helps combo guards like Cole, Rollins, and KPJ.

The question won't be why'd they let him leave, it'll be "why didn't they get him to play at this level?". He shot 34% from 3 in his Orlando career. I'm pretty sure he's gonna blow that out of the water here. He's already shooting less of the mid range junk that he hoisted nonstop there. He can be efficient now.

The Bucks are shaping him into a real PG.

Broadcasters suggested AJ Green was on the bench for defensive reasons. As much as iwant to use that to dunk on some people, i think it had more to do with ball handling. He was getting smothered and couldnt navigate it. Rollins and Cole can. Kpj would have absolutely feasted.

Yeah I suppose this is true. I am just surprised that Orlando didn't develop that in him. They seem to be effectively developing other players. Surprising miss by them if we can immediately make him into a playmaking guard.
