Well since im in the champions league, I might as well stay and dominate there.

If you still have spots open, I'd like to join, Roto or H2H is fine. Was in JV last year.

No, sir. Only the Champions Leagues invitations. I want to give them a few more days before I start 'calling up' the next eligible managers, to fill the Big Leagues. After our 2 Champions Leagues are filled, I'll start filling the D-Leagues.

Danilo's Dinos/Jake: let me know what your S/N is here on the board, otherwise, your Champions Roto spot will go to the next eligible manager...

Serious Fantasy League

Post#66 » by freddy bizcuits » Thu Oct 1, 2009 9:29 am

I love October. I just started a 10 team fantasy league on espn. Espn fantasy is definitely the way to go in terms of creating a custom league, especially because the live scoring is free. Basically it is a very deep league:

PG
PG
SG
SG
SF
SF
PF
PF
C
C
G
G
F/C
F/C
Util
Util
3 bench spots.

All the usual statistical categories except i added points per minute as well. I'm looking forward to a competative league with other knicks fans.

I'll have to see, holdup. As I mentioned previously, there was a mixup in last season's lineup. You really weren't supposed to be in the Champions League. So I gave the 2 managers who were shut out, the courtesy of an invite this season. But if some managers don't sign up in time, you still might make it. I'm still mulling how deep I need to go among the next eligible callups before tabbing you.

You effing destroyed the league last year, you didn't just win. Right from week 1. And yea, I think that's the usual process but as you can see from the post above, there was a mixup with varsity so spots may be scarce.

Umm I was the one who owned the JVarsity league last year. I was way in first from week one. I think i had about a 20 game lead from second place going into the finals. My team was unstopable. I didnt lose one week. Then injuries hit me and i got a upset in the finals.

So how come i dont have a spot in the varsity???????????????

If you guys had to pick only one of the following pgs for your fantasy team, who would it be between:
Jason Kidd
Jose Calderon
Devin Harris
Gilbert Arenas

Depends a lot on the rest of your team....if you already have scoring well established then go with Calderon, he racks up assists with very few turnovers and is a respectable shooter. If you need scoring though Harris is the way to go. Not sold on Arenas yet . Kidd is always good for overall stats especially rebs and assists, but what does he have left on the other hand with the addition of Marion to that team he could rack up a lot of assists.
