Why wouldn't Dwight wanna extend in OKC?

Westbrook/Durant/Howard is more balanced, younger & IMO more likely to win not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4 but multiple championships ..

Best scorer in the game + he's clutch (Hi LeBron, how ya doin), top-tier PG Westbrook & a great coach

No, Dwight wants to go play with Old Man Kobe or Deron Williams + a gutted NJ roster

Thanks for the compliments but the bolded part is far from true. He's a terrible coach outside of motivation. Ask any OKC fan how they feel about Brooks

That's a deal ORL would have to strongly consider, even if it means QRich is the backup SG.

I am not familiar enough with those guys to have any kind of informed decision on it.

4 PGs? & No Stephen Jackson?

Include Duhon going out & Jackson coming in & that would be a solid trade for us IMO

I see you are still under the impression that Dwight only cares about winning.

the thing that worries me is that ersan is a free agent, it wouldnt make sense to give him the money he is looking for, so it ends up being redick for barea, and than harper and fran

Official Speculation Thread (Pt XV: Trade Deadline cont.)

Barea would be cute but Ersan is Ryan lite and Brockman is decent at best. Doesn't really do much but make our depth more reliable I guess.

yeesh. that Milwaukee-Wolves-Magic trade rumor blows

Let's go back to Milwaukee-Warriors-Magic or the OKC fantasy instead

Yeah, it amazes me every single day that winning isn't what Dwight really wants .. I can give everyone a long "where I come from, people ..." about loyalty & competition, but I think everyone thinks about it that way

I still don't get it, "a big stage" "big lights" should be something for actors/singers, not athletes.

I don't think we were ever going to see our young guys. Orton was going to be traded, Fran was never going to come, and I'll miss Harper. We basically trade one bench guy for 3 upgrades on the bench. JJ is a decent back up point guard, Ersan imo would actually compete with Ryan for the starting PF spot, and Brockman is finally a back up center. We greatly improve our depth, and acquire much better trade pieces.

I like Ersan a lot. He's going to be a great PF. Over the last 10 games, he's averaged 18 ppg, 12 rpg, and .8 bpg, on 52% fg%. He's a legit PF that controls the glass and has a nice mid-range shot. But we'd have 3 PF's. Someone would be moved.

If that Mil-Min-Orl idea was real, it would make us a deeper team and I think more importantly, provide us more trade assets. I think teams are more attracted to Ersan and Barea than they are Ryan and Duhon.

Bucks Receive: Hedo Turkoglu, Michael Beasley, and Kwame Brown
Warriors Receive: Andrew Bogut and Glen Davis
Wolves Receive: JJ Redick

Edit: Don't even need Minny in this deal. Bucks could just get JJ or J-Rich straight up.

Magic Receive: Monta and Capt Jack
Bucks Receive: Turk, JJ, and Kwame
Warriors Receive: Bogut and Big Baby

Comes down to if GS and Orl can team up to make it the Bucks while. GS throws in Udoh, Orlando their 2013 1st. Not sure if that's enough. Depends on the other offers they get

Yep, the ESPN article stated the Wiz as having interest. They have a lot of nice young players but I doubt they'd want to take on Stephen Jackson. I think the fact that the Magic would be willing to take on Capt. Jack plays into this trade scenario's favor.

i don't know if Depth really matters with Stan as our coach....imo we have depth right now except at the Center spot but Stan doesn't explore the bench and doesn't use different combinations....we get those guys and how long will it take them to learn the "System" and become staples in the rotation?

Ersan is ok but i think Ryan is better and has more potential.....Brockman is basically a body bag...no special skills to speak of instead of flopping to draw charges.....Barea is basically what i said....the Puerto Rican Jameer Nelson except shorter and if that's possible
