Okongwu and Bey were two of my favorite players in last years draft. Killian and Goga is icing on the cake. I get its a downgrade but there is a lot of potential upside.

Completely get it. If OO and Bey continue to improve on rookie seasons both max rookie extensions will be very reasonable. They you still will have a ton of $$$ going into next year to nab a 3rd big name with KAT money off the books.

Also gives KAT more shot attempts with Mitchell gone which makes him a more effective player.

I am always thinking long term. This one move makes my team sustainable. There is no reason to think KAT/Luka/Zion cannot get theirs. We will see how Bey does at SF while Richardson stays put at SG.

i think if anything you would've moved KAT, since he's the oldest out of the core that you had.

at least you're setting yourself up for the future as well. probably a good move in the long run.

but now i know why everyone was pushing me to take on the pacers when i decided to come back to BAF. i assumed they were stacked, i just didn't realize they were THAT stacked.

The interest was in Mitchell from day one when I took over. Trust me I tried moving KAT more than anyone. 500 a season for KAT is hard to make anything work.

I still like my team with three primary scorers ( Luka, KAT. Zion ) and plenty of quality depth. I am glad you did not take the Pacers. They have been a fun team to have so far.
