I don't think the Bobcats can afford to completely swing and miss in this draft. They HAVE to get pieces in the next 3-4 drafts that can be contributors to a good basketball team 4 years from now. Be patient and hope to get our "home run" another year.

I'm staying away from Drummond.

I think Beal and Robinson will both help. Not as sold on MKG b/c his weakness aligns with current team weakness.

Honestly to me it looks like Harrison Barnes is taller then his listed 6'8''. He is just shorter then Andre Drummond in this picture it seems. If Drummond is 6'11'', then Barnes looks almost 6'10'' and Robinson is probably closer to 6'8''....

I know this is not what everyone was hoping for for Robinson, however does this affect anybodys views on Barnes if he is a legit 6'10''....

i can agree with this. i would probably take jonas over everybody else in this draft other than davis.

I don't see the hype with Jonas. He's a euro bigmen who hustle and bang around the paint. What euro bigmen, beside Marc Gasol, is like that in the NBA? Jonas is no Marc Gasol. He can be successful with that style in Europe, but it wont be that easy in the NBA. I see him as a Tiago Splitter type.

He is young. That wins games in Raptors la-la land.

Why does everyone think that pictures actually determine height in any actuality?

Picture or not Robinson won't be 6'7.

I can tell by that pic he is 2 or 3 inches shorter than Drummond, it is the angle that has some fooled.

I see your point, but drafting "safe" helped get us in the mess that were in now.

The league isn't going to give us a savior in the draft. That has been proven.

Drummond is 6'10, Barnes is 6'8 maybe on the 6'9 end.

I am not one for believing height off of pictures normally, but this one seams to be straight up...They are all standing side by side looking same way... Not too many weird camera affects when compared to the other one on Draft night when Robinson is in the foreground of the picture and everyone else is scattered throughout....

Out of the two picks I defiantly would base it off the one Robinson looks shorter, but I am not taking it too seriously

Manning is 6'10 and he comes about halfway up his ear, he may be 6'8.

I wouldn't judge his height by that picture. The other two dudes could be wearing tall shoes. Barefoot, I'm a flat 6'0". I have one pair of dress shoes that adds an inch to my height but I have this other pair that makes me nearly 6'3". I wouldn't put it past some of these players to wear tailored, height-increasing shoes to impress GM's and other team officials at the event.

I do see the Tyson Chandler aspect in Drummond. However, I don't think we can wait several years for him to become a good player only to see him sign somewhere else in FA. We need a more immediate fix.

After living through a couple of season having Diaw as our starting PF it would be kind of cool having a hard arse, intense starting PF like Robinson.

This gif makes me smile.

Who would be a better long term prospect at the 5 spot:

Biz or Drummond

?

Take into consideration size, skill set, ceiling etc. Who would be the better fit next to Robinson?

Trade Biz to the Kings for the #5 and take Robinson and Drummond?

Bismack easily, ironicly hes the safer pick. Bismack at the very least is a DPOY caliber player, Drummond however is an athlete trying to learn the game of basketball.
