The Heat wouldn't take him based on his personality.

Where are you getting this intel?

Pat Riley told me.

That was a sloppy third. Was expecting them to be much better

I'm convinced that if Ball was on a good team with great culture he'd be a perennial AS. Add him to the Heat for example and he'd look great.

Doubt it. His style of game really wouldn’t thrive there

Spo would get the most out him on D and cut the low percent shots. Doesn't have to be the Heat, could be another strong culture with excellent support. Who's the best player Ball has played with?

We’re at home and our body language is ass. Our leader has been playing well, but yapping at refs and in his head all game. We have BI clearly wanting this game, and we have Gradey playing well and some people on the struggle bus. Give me Battle Darko. Dont fight it. Gimmie lots of Shead, and some Battle. Lets get it right

CMB‘s knees and elbows would make me think twice about guarding him too close. .. He’s a Charlie horse waiting to happen.

The Hornets have been the more fundamentally sound team so far.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Sloppy play tonight, it's the only reason why the game is close.

Yeah, I really don't think his style of play is conducive to winning. High USG low efficiency while being an awful defender isn't the best combination.

Screams to me like a guy who’s gonna get traded, end up on a better team where he’s not the only good player, and he’s gonna end up balling out.

Like he’s still a guy who gives crazy high 3 point volume, who back when he was younger and wasn’t initiating as much, shot as good as 39% from 3. He’s also a guy who is a hell of a playmaker.

Imagine if we could swap out RJ / Agbaji / picks and get in Ball?

The ceiling would be so, so, so high. Perfect backcourt fit with IQ to IMO

He’s the type of guy who needs the ball in his hands and he plays no defense. I don’t think he will work well on many teams. He’s in the type of place he will thrive where he will put up stats but never win

I’ll wait until he has an even average team around him. Wha else is he supposed to do? Defer to Bridges or Diabate? Or Sion James?

Charlotte has a +5.9 NRTG when Ball is on the floor. They’re 4-9 causes it’s -8.1 when he sits.

Last year, -3.9 on, -11.8 off

2023/24, -8.4 vs -10.8 (22gp)

2022/23, -4.7, -6.7

2021/22, +1.5, -0.4

This kid obviously had an impact. He actually here would he a perfect fit here to.

He had a quick attack to the rim from the corner 3 vs the Pacers, imho he's just really low IQ
