That's a great question. He missed four games with Memphis. I say drop him now. Memphis didn't play tonight, but he doesn't even play for Memphis anymore.

Fair enough. Guess you're going to have to keep him on your roster for good considering he can't miss his fifth game.
Too bad, I wanted Allen Iverson something bad.

I bet you could trade for him and it wouldn't cost you more than Chris Paul.

That's true. Stan, you never know how Paul will come back from that injury. I'll give you Iverson for him right now. And I'll throw in Flynn so you're getting youth too. It's a good package for the man who wants it all RIGHT NOW, considering the devastating nature of Paul's injury.

He's not injured, so you can't.
(I know I voted the other way in FFL, but this is Carl we're talking about, and it's my sworn duty to oppose everything he proposes).

You can't trade a player that is on my team.

You see...this is the problem with waking Carl. He makes weird, nonsense proclamations followed by an overuse of smileys.
btw...14-13 is not a losing record.

I'm aware of your record. I'm also aware that you'd have to finish 4-5 or better this week to stay at .500, and we all know that's not happening... so, you have a losing record. And not to break out of character but why do you keep talking about waking me up? (edit: and my use of smileys was very well thought out so cut the ****)

Your use of smileys is "thought out" is exactly what I'm referring to...one has to question someone's mental capacity with that many smileys.
Seriously though...you sorely underestimate my team. I plan on finishing 4-5 or better. this is the week that Stanford is tested.
...and if I end up losing 9-0 to Stanford, then you can't blame me...I had to say something while I had a fighting chance against the juggernaut.
Until then, I don't have a losing record. You are the only one of the two of us who has had THAT this year. Oh, and may I also add: I beat you for the consolation championship last year.
What? Am I going to play that one again? You'd better believe it. I'm playing it ALL SEASON LONG!

oh man Coady...the Fantasy gods are on your side. I don't think I have a chance.
Not only did I sit Harden (24 points, 6 3s...100% FT...yeah, we'd be talking 4-5 instead of 2-7), but to make matters worse, a big goose egg from Landry and a DNP from Luc Richard Mbah a Moute! They were playing like top 50 guys. What are the ODDS!!!
I'm just going to bench all my guys this week, I'll have a better chance of winning.

Re: Ongoing FFDL Discussion Thread
The matadors had it all wrong Mean Gene. Brian thought he was in for a world of hurt. But let me tell you something brother, Stanformania cannot be measured in mere planets, no way man. This isn't going to be your regular Stanformania beat down Mean Gene, this is personal brother. No bones about it man, when you start talking smack, you get the smack do you know what I'm saying Mean Gene. To kick a former trading partner when he's down man, that's not righteous brother and me and the rest of the Stanformaniacs are gonna give The Matadors what's comin' to them brother. So I guess that just leaves one question writersblock:
What'cha gonna do brother? What'cha gonna do when Stanformania runs wild on you?
: And there you have it folks, your FFDL heavyweight champion, The Juggernaut, Stanford.
